My experience with saxonbrook northgate medical centre crawley has been extremely disappointing. its almost impossible to get a face -to- face appointment with a GP, and reception staff often act as if they are diagnosing patient themselves. I am heart patient and kideny problem. because of their neglecting me and that reason 3 times i went to A&E.[infection].
i am strongly advise not registering with this GP .Their service is unprofessional, disorganized , and put patient's health at risk.

Absolutely unacceptable! No one should have to entrust their health to this place—it’s a complete disaster! I was pregnant, and they failed to provide proper care or conduct my check-ups properly. After my baby was born, they neglected his necessary check-ups as well. We've been trying to get a GP appointment for 2-3 months now, and it's impossible!

Now, I have a few health concerns, and despite trying for months, I couldn’t get an appointment. Two days ago, I finally managed to book one by sheer luck, but because I was just 5 minutes late, the doctor refused to see me—even though their office was empty and there were no other patients waiting!

If you’re not going to take care of patients, why are you even here? If you don’t love your job, why are you doing it? Is people’s health really this worthless to you? This is completely unacceptable!

Busy overcrowded, lack of attention and appointments. Treatment towards the COST savings at all times. Ackwarx surgery that has gone backwards with time. I hv been their patient since the 90s. All their evolution has been towards making a profitable business. From when they were on the Northgate, site, which they sold to build flats and then moved to an office in the town center. All in all not good.

Updated review from my previous one. I find that overall this is an excellent gp surgery. I recently had very good service with a doctor call back , also one of the diabetic nurses also very good reception team. The only issue I have is when they have an answer phone message on saying they are shut and open at 8am, but getting this when I am calling after 8 am ..its frustrating trying to speak to anyone there over the phone

I was due a tablet review on 3rd May. I decided to get it done early so completed the online form on 17th April. I didn't hear anything, so, just over a week later I chased it up online. The next day I saw a missed call on my mobile from Saxonbrook surgery. I called the surgery. Apparently they had booked me a doctors telephone appointment between 8 to 9am, but i had not been informed this was to happen. The receptionist said she would talk to the person concerned. She re-arranged my doctors telephone appointment for the next day between 8am to 9am. I waited by the phone. It got to nearly 09.10 and I had not received a call. I phoned the surgery and was waiting in a queue for 28 minutes until I spoke to reception. She said, the doctor had obviously been delayed and she would get him to call me after he had finished with his patient. He called me at 10am. Asked what it is I wanted even though he should have known and then asked if all was ok with tablets. It was a about a 2 min conversation, if that. All that wasted time and hassle for that conversation. Something so simple turned into something so complicated and time consuming. The receptionist I spoke to was lovely though. The system does not work at all. It needs to be reviewed. I have now put in an official complaint. This surgery is not good at all.

The doctors are amazing, but I think they are unaware of when they tell you to call them this is sometimes not possible. When you phone the surgery it says you can press 1 and they will retain your number in the queue! I don’t suggest you do this as you get cut off, it has happened to me several times. I then sat in a queue for 11/4hrs a very pleasant lady answered apologised for the wait, it is not their fault either as she said she has been in the phone 24/7 since they opened which I totally believe, but something really has to be done about this, I desperately needed to find out my results the other day, but still unable to speak to anyone!

Extremely bad service, booking an appointment is just impossible,
Person is not well /ill or in pain
They have to fill the form, you can't call them how can you describe issue in writing? they have created bizarre ridiculous system.
Also Looks like they wants to avoid to see patients, simple as that
