I’ve been getting my nails done with Szilvia for quite some time now and I’ve never been any less than perfectly satisfied. I also decided to get my hair done here recently and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. The staff are incredibly friendly, very helpful when it comes to any nail or hair choices and they always do their best to make you feel like a VIP customer. If anyone is looking for a hair and beauty salon in the Coulsdon area, this is the perfect place for you!

As usual, Nadia worked her magic on my nails, repairing my broken one and transforming them back into a perfect set beautifully painted using The Gel Bottle BIAB all the while helping me to unfrazzle myself after a stressful morning. Highly recommended on all fronts. 😌

Firstly I would like to say that I have always had a great experience at SB Studio from both szylvia and Nadia who are amazing at what they do. However yesterday my daughter came in for her holiday nails, we were greeted by Galina and we showed a picture of what my daughter wanted, at that point she did say that my daughter's nails were short BUT she continued to take payment and started the process. After the gel was applied and the nails were extended she started to file them, one nail popped off so she stuck it back on with the gel. After this followed more filling and more nails popped off!! Unfortunately she laughed at this (maybe this was a nervous laugh but very unprofessional) She blamed the length of my daughter's nails as to why the process did not work. However as previously stated she commented on her short nails at the start so if there was any doubt about the service being able to be achieved this should have been discussed then. My daughter then asked for the remaining nails to be taken off as it clearly was not working - she came home with some of the builder gel still on her nails plus some of them had been filed so short they were painful. We had to leave for the airport so she was unable to have her nails done prior to holiday. Unfortunately this experience has really put me off going here which is a real shame as the service has always been great. I should point out that we did get a full refund.

You would have to go a long way to beat this salon. The best facials from Galina! She is highly professional and adapts the treatments to each individual. 5 stars all day long, highly recommend.

First time using this salon, and everything was super clean and the staff were very friendly. The Patch test was done very quick, and fully explained. Very welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. I had the lash lift and tint and results exceeded my expectations, I’m very happy and I’ll definitely be going back.

Was my first experience today visiting SB STUDIO and I was so not disappointed, I am so happy with my hair by Emma.
Emma has 14 years experience doing hair and has a lovely warm presents, was very kind and professional. Emma spoke to me regarding my cut and colour and gave me exactly what I wanted if not more.
I came away so satisfied and happy and feel like a new women.
I have even booked again in a few months time because I’m that pleased with the result.
I would so highly recommend SB STUDIO.
