Great location if at a conference at Warwick University. 15 mins by taxi from Coventry station and plenty of taxis in the area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy and a decent size, modern and clean. I had an issue with a nosie of banging pipes in my room and when I rang reception they had me moved within 15 minutes. No noise at all in the second room.||Also a great place to stay for Coeliacs or gluten intolerant. Allergen menu on qr code. I had bar food when I arrived and menu states they do gf buns and gf pizza bases. I confirmed they had a dedicated fryer for chips. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice with lots of fruit and yogurt. Again allergen menu clear for hot breakfast items but it was a buffet so I asked if I could get food direct from the kitchen and they were very accommodating, I only had to wait about 10 minutes.||At the conference in The Slate next to the hotel there were gf snacks prepackaged with tea and coffee. Buffet wasn't great for being marked what I could have and didn't want to risk cross contamination and when I asked if anything set aside from buffet for allergies they said no. So I went to cafe across the road and got a gf wrap and crisps no problem.

During the weekend drop off of our daughter as she starts university life at Warwick we decided to stay at this hotel. With all the other things going on, we didn’t pay too much attention to this hotel. But it is a gem of a place with great staff and facilities. We were all pleasantly surprised and impressed with all aspects. Would definitely recommend. Quick tip: get to breakfast early as the great buffet does go quickly!

Staying for a work conference. It has all the facilities you need and the food is very good. Proper scrambled eggs made with cream. Evening meal was also of a high standard.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel in general was really lovely. However, they do not accept cash. And the mattress has put my back out. The walls are really thin so, you can hear everything. Worth the £66 PN. I do not think I would pay more for it.

Stayed here with the brittle bones society for their annual AGM. There was a mix up with the rooms but I can honestly say the staff did everything possible to make it right, where our rooms where was actually really handy. ||Rooms are nice, spacious with nice touches. They are quite hot luckily I brought my own fan as well as using one already in the room.||Conference facilities where really good, comfortable.||I loved the central area for hot drinks etc l. Food was really good, the lunch was really nice with a good variety, and breakfast equally as good.

Stayed for one night for a conference. ||The rooms have been refurbished since last time I visited. They are really nice. Soft carpet, comfy bed, huge desk area, wardrobe, radiator and two opening windows. The TV is great - you can watch YouTube on it as well. ||The bathroom was spotless. Huge walk in shower with a choice of normal or rainfall shower head. Heated towel rail and plenty of towels. Nice toiletries too. ||The food was too notch too. Hot, tasty and served quickly: both dinner and breakfast. It was lovely to have the option of fresh fruit too. Plenty of choices for coffee: coffee machines which dispense a range of coffees, or you can have your own cafetière, or choose the straight coffee out of the pump thermos. ||The conference rooms were all lovely; I especially like the little lecture theatre. ||Staff very friendly and helpful, and plenty of them.

A wonderful location to stay, with ample parking and electric charging stations. The expansive banquet and function hall is impressive. The fitness center and swimming pool offer excellent facilities. The restaurant and bar provided a delightful evening, and the rooms were superb. It was a fantastic time spent with friends.

Could be really nice. The bedroom was fine and the bathroom was lovely - huge walk in shower and nice toiletries. All staff were really friendly. The food was generally ok but half way through breakfast most of the fruit options had gone and weren't replenished. A bit of a shame - nobody was going hungry but it was a bit of a shame that there wasn't that much choice unless you were there early.
