I can't say enough good things about our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was just wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated—charming wallpaper, tasteful furniture, and a lovely sitting area that made it feel extra cozy. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home.
One of the highlights was definitely waking up to that stunning sea view—absolutely breathtaking! We could see the pier from our window, which made mornings feel extra special.
The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like the tea station and fresh flowers. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.
A very special thank you to Marta, member of staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort. You can tell she takes real pride in her work—her warm energy made all the difference!
Highly, highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, stylish stay with amazing views and fantastic service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a pleasant 2 night stay here, midweek, for £274/$370, which is actually quite reasonable for this fantastic location, lovely service and quality. The one painful bit was no official parking, but that is normal 90% of the hotels around Brighton Beach.
PROS:
-Friendly Service all around from the check in staff, cleaning, and breakfast staff.
-For European standards, the "Family Room" we stayed in was spacious, clean, private patio, and a large bathroom. Albeit it was in the basement floor(which is normal for Europe.)
-Comfortable Beds, large LCD TV, and even a small refrigerator(very rare! :))
-Walking distance to everything: Brighton Pier, Beach, Royal Pavilion, Shops, restaurants..i360 tower is a mile away, but a scenic walk.
-Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of hot foods, even smoked salmon bagels!
CONS:
-No dedicating parking lot, it was a bit of nightmare spending 30 minutes driving around trying to find street parking, which we luckily found someone leaving just across the street.
-Old creaky building, as most are in the area, so you'll hear lots of footsteps, especially in the Brighton room.
-No Airconditioning, though probably not needed 90% of the time.
-Breakfast is a the sister hotel The Charm, just 3-4 short buildings over, but could be annoying if its raining heavily.
Good stay overall, would likely stay here again if the price was still reasonable 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Spray and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, well presented, and made us feel so welcome.||The hotel may be small, but the lobby and reception area have a lovely modern and luxurious feel — a great first impression. We were also thrilled to be given a free upgrade on both our rooms, which meant we stayed in spacious suites with beautiful sea views over Brighton.||The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from tea and coffee making facilities with a nice selection of teas, to a fridge, ironing board, hairdryer, large TV, and comfy beds.||The location is fantastic — right by the seafront and a perfect base for exploring all that Brighton has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. If you’re planning a visit to Brighton, Sea Spray is a great choice!

A beautiful Regency house with sea views from the rooms at the front. Lovely decor, very comfortable bed with beautiful white bed linen and superb pillows, well designed bathroom with a good shower, and the nicest staff in Brighton. The hotel shares the restaurant of its sister hotel, the Charm, just two doors down. Breakfasts are excellent. The only thing that might be an issue for some visitors is that, as these are old houses, there is no lift.

We really loved the Sea Spray Hotel. We only stayed for one night but it couldn't have been in a better location for us, close to Brighton Pier, and easy to find. We were lucky enough to get a parking space right outside the hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
The room we had was bright and airy, despite being below street level. It was a very nicely presented room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a quiet area at night despite being so close to Brighton Seafront. The shower and ensuite facilities were good, as were the tea/coffee/biscuit provisions. We would highly recommend it, and would definitely use it again when we go to Brighton.

We were made very welcome by the friendly receptionist, the room was clean, tastefully furnished and had all the things we needed (such as sockets in the right places for chargers, a hairdryer, a mini fridge etc). The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The shower was EXCELLENT!|We didn't stay for breakfast as we had other commitments, so can't comment on that, but overall we would thoroughly recommend the Sea Spray. Lovely place.

I have been coming back to the hotel more or less regularly for almost 7 years. Back then, in 2018, I gave it a 10.0 rating (exceptional) on booking.com. Here, unfortunately, there are only 5 stars for an ‘excellent’, I still give it 10 stars. The beds are wonderfully hard. The shower is very good, so that the pressure of the water here is not determined by its height of fall. The breakfast is one of the best in Brighton. The staff take very good care of you and even carry your heavy suitcase up the narrow and steep stairs to your room. And last but not least, the personal and familiar atmosphere makes the stay something very special. I'm already looking forward to September, when I return to my home away from home. A special thanks goes out to Daniela and her girls.

Beautiful, clean hotel we stopped in an amazing family room really comfortable beds two flat screen tvs and a lovely walk in shower. We had the breakfast which was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel, plentiful and great quality food. Every single staff member spoke to us and were extremely helpful. The location is brilliant to explore Brighton, we will definitely stop here again
