We love this cafe the ladies are lovely we like a bit of banter with them. They have recently increased the size of cafe and now have addition seating out side due to construction of a nice decked area. We just visited the cafe not the caravans. I highly recommend the Mediterranean breakfast my partner likes the large English breakfast. I also recommend the philly cheese steak roll.

I haven't stayed there but have used the attached tea room.
It's a peaceful park so nice if you prefer not to have all the hubub of larger parks.irs right opposite the beach and there are a couple of pubs if you don't mind a 15 minute or so walk.
The historic coastal town of Whitstable has much to offer and is only a ten minute or so drive away and a little further afield is Canterbury,Herne Bay,Margate and Ramsgate so the park makes a good base for exploring the area.

Love this place. Well hidden not too busy with well behaved dogs. However when sun sets some youths on mopeds are using it to smoke puff etc. Although no issue personally could be intimidating to some.

This store has been here for generations, and taking my children (the third generation) with their own pocket was a real treat. Staff are always friendly, there's an excellent selection of pocket money toys, sweets, beach essentials and some local interest pamphlets. Everything is reasonably priced and it's accessible from the beach for a seaside ice cream too.

Bought a caravan here a few years ago and I absolutely love the site. It is my ‘happy place’.|Small quiet bespoke Family run .|Kept clean and tidy.|Close enough to Whitstable to be on trend but far enough away to maintain peace and quiet. |A short walk away from a Michelin stared restaurant .|Wonderful walking. Stunning sunsets and breathtaking views across the bay.|Close to the beach and to Faversham and Canterbury. Only a relatively short drive or train journey from London .|What is not to like

As a nurse ,working all threw lockdow pandemic ,not seeing much of my family one of my sisters is also a nurse and my other sister working fir NHS. Decided book holiday at waldens as only 10 mins from my parents. This was explained to the owners. The owners constantly watched me and my children, when my family came visit then we went beach or out. The owners kept saying only 4 allowed .I said were just meeting here not staying over night .they were always walking past staring jn the windows. On the Thursday they reminded me had be out 10 sat morning couldn't wait spoilt my holiday. If they need nursing they would receive excellent treatment nit like the treatment they gave me .
