Your eyelash products are AMAZING!! My sister bought me one of your sets as a gift and now I am a loyal customer. Honestly the best I have ever worn - look, feel and ease of application. They give me so much confidence and are so easy to reuse as the old glue comes off, and they stick back to your eyelid straight away. Even the thought and care into the packaging is outstanding. Absolutely one of my favourite people, Charnel gives the best massages and listens to any specific problem areas you would like to deal with. Working a full time office job she really helps deal with my back and shoulder pain. The ambience is always so calming and I love that she offers additional services if you want an extra treat, if you’re looking for massages in Birmingham, you have to come here!

I love this place. I have a chronic skin condition and I find it difficult to find services that are sensitive to my condition. Charnel is knowledgeable, kind and patient. She listens to what I need as a client and always creates a safe space for my treatment. It’s taken me a while to find a service that is relaxing as well as providing a good deep tissue massage! I can’t recommend Charnel and her team enough.
