Perfectly located right opposite the DeLaWarre (convenient parking) and a 2 minute walk from some excellent restaurants including Pebbles and Trattoria. - and the beach. There is a friendly bar underneath the rooms.|Room 6 was very nicely furnished with a cracking bathroom and comfortable bed. It was a little warm but a powerful fan was provided. |Had a little trouble finding it as the sign could have been bolder but just go into Calvers bar on the corner and the helpful staff will help.|Excellent breakfast!

Staff here were so lovely. On arrival I was nervous as it was so busy in the bar. It was so loud. However in the room you hear absolutely nothing. It was very warm and the only downside of leaving window open is the yummy smell of food. Room was better than expected and shower is lovely.
Location is perfect for sightseeing and transport links.
Breakfast included was great. Efficient and friendly service and food perfect.
If visiting area again I would choose this hotel

Fantastic room overlooking the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful This time we had room one. Previously room2. Both were excellent. I think that we found a great place to stay and would recommend it without reservation

What a gem of a find …… lovely b&b over a great bar opposite the seafront. Really friendly staff, clean rooms, cosy bed and amazing breakfast. We didn’t hear any noise from the bar in our rooms. A lovely quirky place to stay and would definately stay again.

We chose this B&B as it's very close to the De La Warr Pavilion where we were going to see a concert.||When we first arrived we were unsure where to go as there was very little signage. However we went in the bar and voila we were in the right place.||First impressions weren't good. The stair carpet has seen better days and the bannister was sticky. However opening the door to our room (we stayed in room 4) was like entering an alternative universe. The room was perfect and incredibly spotless.||The room was a very big size. There was a seating area and a very nice large television. The bathroom was big too. We loved the taps. Never seen their style before, like a waterfall. The shower had good pressure too.||The staff were lovely. Always smiling. The breakfast was delicious. My partner had the full English and I had the vegetarian option. You fill out a sheet the night before. He chose fried eggs I had poached. All cooked to perfection.||There is a side entrance for staying guests so no need to walk through the bar once you've got your key.||The sea view in room 4 was wonderful.||We had a lovely stay and will be back. What's not to love, great room, friendly staff and home in less than a minute from the concert. Perfect.

Located just across the road from the De La Warr Pavilion, the room was well appointed, comfortable, clean and quiet overnight considering we had a sea facing room. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty – a perfect stay for us, but not recommended for those with mobility issues as there are multiple sets of stairs.

A wonderful place to stay. Great location for the seafront and the De La Warr pavilion. Very friendly and helpful team. Our room was on the top floor, was spacious, with a sea view, comfy bed and good bathroom. Sound insulation was good, it was very quiet in the room. We had an evening meal and breakfast - food was good. Would recommend.

It was in a great location, was clean, and the staff in the bar were lovely, but it was grossly overpriced. We stayed nearby last time (fully booked) for the same price, and that B&B was truly amazing.|The entrance and common areas were very shabby, paint chipped, and carpet threadbare in places. The entrance door was a disgrace. My room (No 2) appeared to have all the old, chipped, and mismatched furniture. Some of the curtains were hanging off the rail. The bed linen and pillows (no protectors) were thin and cheap. However, I slept very well. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny, but the shower was modern and a good size.|Breakfast was disappointing, though it was tasty. You could choose one item (eg, full English) and that was it. No toast, no cereal, or fruit, or juice. I had to pay extra for latte coffee. It was grossly overpriced - worth about £60 a night, if that. There are so many B&Bs near the De La Warr - will go elsewhere next time.||
