Set in a quiet area with tidy gardens are the rooms that we found to be clean and nicely decorated with all the things you'd expect, Small tv with limited chanels and an average host tray, a comfy 6foot bed had nice cotten sheets and duvet although i found the duvet a bit heavy. A clean bathroom with a spacious shower that was quite powerful, we had good internet strength. Breakfast was served by a jovial cook, the breakfast offerings were a bit limited though. Fried cooked or cereals, The cooked breakfast was not of the best qualty unfortunatly.

We had a very nice one-night stay in a family room (main room and a separate bunk room). The B&B was easy to find and the country road to the entrance was shorter and easier to drive along than many reviews indicated.||Our room was large; there was a nice refreshment tray with very good ground coffee and a cafetiere (plus biscuits!). However, there was a slight lack of windows; only a couple of TV stations were available; plus the room was chilly and we could not manage to work out how to alter the thermostat.||The farm / B&B grounds are lovely (you can see why this is a wedding venue) and the (generous-sized) breakfast, that was cooked to order, was excellent.

We arrived early evening, it was dark and damp, but the young lady took us to the dog friendly room we had booked. Very helpful, too, as I'm recovering from a recent stroke and unable to walk far, so we parked near to the room to get me into the accommodation, then my husband returned the car to the car park. Giving our dog a short walk back to the room. It's not a problem with the small steps. The room was clean and tidy. Plenty of room with wardrobes, tea/coffee making facilities, tv, small but adequate fridge, and a decent sized bathroom. (My only problem here was that it had a high step into the shower cubicle). However, I hadn't booked a disabled unit to be fair. We were attending a funeral at Arun Crematorium, so it was booked on location for us.|We had breakfast included, and that was an exceptional breakfast, cooked by the very helpful and friendly Chef, Andy! Both breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful, even with my Assistance Dog, Jessie. |Choice of breakfast was offered, and it was the best we've both had, and we've travelled around! We couldn't fault it at all. |A pleasant, quiet, and pretty location. The road to it was a little bit difficult, but that's not the farms' fault. It's a country lane. Just be aware! |Would definitely visit again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. Thank you for friendly, helpful staff and for a pleasant stay.

Attended a wedding at this venue yesterday, this is an absolutely lovely place, great venue, great accommodation very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The farm is set among the beautiful Sussex countryside and is suitable for both large events and as a short break.

Had a great one night experience at this lovely bed and breakfast. Very nice room with a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Lovely surroundings and the breakfast was excellent. A great find at a great price and I would not hesitate to return.

What a lovely place to stay and such a warm welcome from Steph. She helped with a TV problem and recommended a good pub for dinner. Breakfast was great, cooked to order. We'll be back when we're in the area again.|Steph recommended Worlds End pub which was fab and the service was excellent.

The breakfast for the morning after the night before .. fill up because it's the best ever great quality ingredients. Cooked to perfection.
