Stayed here over a few nights. Owner made booking easy. Nice and clean modern apartment. Plenty of room. Secure parking. Easy access to Durham city and countryside. Enjoyed stay.

It is difficult to fault this property, it is very comfortable and well appointed, having everything you could possible need and more. However it was the small but appreciated extras, such as the provision of an initial supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, tea and coffee etc that make this property an outstanding rental. It is conveniently located and is close to a couple of good pubs, The Red Lion , which is 50 meters away and the Church Mouse a couple of miles towards Chester Le Church and I could also recommend the cafe at the garden center at Pity Me. Travelling on my own I was also grateful for the secure parking. If I had to nick pic, and these are very minor issues, the pillows were a bit flat and the light pull cords in the bathrooms a bit grubby, but these in no way distracted from the pleasure of my stay.
The owner was both attentive and discrete.
