Unfortunately, I had a really poor experience at this place with a very aggressive and rude therapist with pink hair. She seemed to be taking out her frustration at her job and boss out on my back!

Experience:

I came on recommendation as my friend had a good massage with a different therapist the day before. So I arrived with deep shoulder pain and aches in my legs, which I explained to the therapist and wanted her to give some specific attention to. I booked the signature massage and said I was happy to pay for an hour or 90minutes depending what the therapist thought I needed. (Trusting her judgment and professionalism).

From the beginning, her energy was standoffish and cold.

The therapist had pink hair and a larger build so I thought the first part was strange when she used her full body weight to stand on my back and it felt like she was pressing into my lungs and ribs. My friend had said her therapist the day before had used very light pressure with her knees.

After she stopped standing on me, the beginning of the massage was ok, but the therapist was only using her elbows. So around 45 minutes into the massage, which I had not been enjoying, I asked politely if she could also use her hands and focus on my problem areas.

The woman then instantly said:

"I work 8 hours a day and my hands hurt, I cannot use thumbs with all customers for 8-9 hours a day"

Ummm....

"If you want hand massage, you request it next time."

Next time?

I was so so confused and did not know what to say while laying in a vulnerable position. The therapist continued to be very rough on my sore back and shoulders with her elbows and forearms.

She then tried to prove her point by aggressively going over my sore shoulder with her hands and saying "SEE THIS WON'T DO ANYTHING"

Zero customer service and £50 wasted in my experience, probably the worst thai massage I've ever had. If you end up going here, avoid this 'therapist' if you can!

oh my goodness. no knot un knotted, no crack uncracked…. really listened to what i wanted and worked on specific sore / knotty areas but did FULL BODY. mixture of firm pressure, stretches and mobility work as well as really deep massage. 10/10 so value for money. near massage i’ve ever had !!

Incredible experience! Never had a massage before that feels like it’s doing so much good. It was quite sore at times but I could feel the knots in my shoulders being worked on. My boyfriend said this was even better than the Thai massage he had in Thailand!

I highly recommend Natty and JuJu. I always need 1.5 to 2 hours as I do suffer with back and ankle issues. Would also recommend having a stretch as well as having a thai/oil massage.
