My experience of massages is limited compared to some and I haven’t had one for a long time, however I do know a great one from a poor one. Sonia is incredible. Highly personable, professional, the level of expertise she has on level of varying pressure is something a lot of masseurs don’t have. The space is wonderfully personal, ambient, and very comfortable. I’ve been to massages where they don’t even support your neck properly, back of your knees, check your limb placement, Sonia is fully competent in making sure your body and mind are supported. I have some physiological needs which we discussed at the start and I was thrilled with my experience.
If you can, take the time to have the 1.5 hour session so she can work her way around in a thorough manner, it’s worth spending the extra.
I was recommended, and I too will be recommending.

Sonia was great. Very conscientious.

I had a trapped nerve in the back and she really helped relieve the aggregation. A month or so prior she really helped my wife with a similar thing too.

The massage itself focusing on my back neck and shoulders was perfect - she is very meticulous.

The experience was very comfortable, the parlour itself was very nice and I was very happy to find this local service.

Only thing that I would say was the form to fill out at the start was fairly extensive and took 10 minutes focussed to get through, but I guess she just wants to be extra caring.

Anyway.

My next massage will be back here and I highly recommend her. Thank you Sonia! ?‍♂️‍♂️?

Sonia is a breath of fresh air! I booked myself and my mum a joint birthday treat, Natural Face Lift and Lymphatic Drainage. As two people that really struggle to relax, we were quickly transported to a sea of calm. Sonia provides a quiet and relaxing professional environment, if I could have a treatment every day I would. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment at Senquility, Sonia is very welcoming and friendly and straight away I felt very at ease. Her treatment room is a cozy and very comfortable space, Sonia explained everything she would be doing and asked if there were specific areas I would like her to work on and afterwards highlighted issues that would benefit further treatment, I had a very relaxing experience and would highly recommend.

After looking for a therapist that could help with the pain and muscular problems I have been experiencing I would highly recommend Sonia.
