I highly recommend a visit to Sereniti Health. Having a stressful job, juggling a few health conditions and feeling disillusioned by medical experts I felt it was starting to affect my mental health. A friend recommended having a Bioresonance test and explained a little bit about it, it's effectiveness and how it might be helpful to me. So I booked in to Sereniti Health to give it a try and up to now I have not been disappointed.

Michelle Grogan (the business owner) is not only friendly but also highly skilled in what she does and very knowledgeable about holistic health. Depending on your needs or health issue she will recommend whichever treatment will work for you. So far I have experienced the bioresonance testing, ozone sauna therapy, the infrared sauna, the salt therapy and the hyperbaric oxygen therapy to see what works best for me and I have felt positive effects from them all.

Those members of the team that I have met so far are very professional, really warm and welcoming and are genuinely interested in you.
I've also met some lovely people during my visits who enjoy sharing their positive experiences of the treatments and how their health has improved since starting them. And whilst you are there you can also enjoy a nice coffee and a cuddle from Bodie the cute cockerpoo! In such a short time I have learned so much and feel more empowered about my health and I have definitely felt an improvement in my wellbeing.

If you're looking to take your health into your own hands and transform your health and life through a more holistic approach then I highly recommend a visit. I only wish I'd came here sooner!

Michelle is a great source of knowledge about so much health wise, she can advise on what treatments will work best and makes a great cuppa too! I love the salt room and the ozone machine too. Recently went in the infrared sauna which I also enjoyed, next is the hyperbaric oxygen chamber! Highly recommend paying Sereniti a visit - if you’re lucky you might just see Bodhi- the cutest dog in Gateshead and Sereniti’s own pooch!

I love serenti spa! It's really helped me to recover and find a balance with my cfs. I've had all the treatments from Michelle who is super knowledgeable and supportive. My favourite is the hyperbaric and pemf mat. I've also had the vitamin Iv which I found really helpful. Excellent service. Michelle and Mandi both gave time and attention to where I needed it for both the bio resonance testing and the healing therapy. I didn't know what to expect from the testing and was amazed at what the machine picks up. Highly recommend it. The healing session was recommended to me after the Bio Resonance testing session and it was definitely much needed. Mandi has amazing energy and helps you go deep within to aid your healing from traumas, grief, emotional imbalances etc. I came out feeling much lighter and felt I had found the answers to certain things I was stuck with. I’m actually obsessed with this place! After feeling unwell I’ve had two colonics for some chronic gut issues and am also trying the ozone sauna, oxygen chamber and reiki! It’s such a great place to get treatments for all kinds of illness such as long covid, mould exposure, Lyme etc. prices are really reasonable and staff are really flexible with times and treatments. Really chilled environment with lots of knowledge to be shared

The best place around for all your health and wellness needs, lots of different options depending on your needs and they are very knowledgeable about everything.
They offer a great selection of treatments as well as having the cafe with such wonderful drinks and snacks. The staff are the nicest people ever, I love coming here for treatments I always feel so good leaving. Highly recommend and is my no.1 health and wellness spot.
