I had full body massage two weeks ago.
It was an amazing feeling,very relaxing and just what I needed. Natalie did great job, she focused in every inch of my back, neck, arms and legs.The hot stones were absolutely fantastic and helped with my back pain. I am highly grateful and would recommend the professional approach by Natalie. Definitely going to treat myself more often and going to visit Natalie soon.

I've just had my first massage with Natalie at Serenity, in Crawley. I have a hip with osteoarthritis so went in the hope that my mobility could be improved.Wow what an experience, Natalie is so professional, talking through all the procedures, letting me know what to expect and feel.
I can honestly say that if you want help to ease discomfort or just relax and enjoy the moment, go and see Natalie she can do both.
I've booked my next appointment.

I paid Natalie for an hour massage, she was running late which was fine, then once I was in the room she disappeared for 15 minutes, finally got started, then half way through she disappeared for another 10 minutes. Then she finished at the time an hour after I came in the room, so I only got 35 minutes of massage.

The actual massage I received was good, but all in all a very unsatisfying experience. I thought it was very unprofessional.

Booked a two hour massage, which started already half an hour late (she left me waiting in the room), the mostly one handed (!?) massage was interrupted several times when she disappeared for 10 minutes and I didn’t particularly appreciate the long nails either. I’m sure she knows how to massage she’s just not very motivated.

I had a full body massage with Natalie 6 weeks ago and can honestly say that it was the best massage I have had in many years. She is very professional and did a wonderful job on the knots in my back and shoulders. I have now booked an appointment for a friend, and will be booking another massage for myself very soon. I would highly recommend Natalie's services.

Having now had my third massage since December, I can say I would whole heartedly recommend Serenity massage as a safe, clean and inviting place to relax.

Natalie is considerate, personable and has a quiet space which does the trick. Communication is easy and friendly, and I am a big fan of the hot stones which can be chosen to be used.

I would recommend her for the local area, and am pleased to be a returning customer every 4-6 weeks.
