You are welcomed warmly & the people there are very friendly. The room is cosy, immaculately clean and great for the price. Great nights sleep and breakfast included. I stayed for one night but will definitely stay for a full weekend next time.

My hubby & I decided to go for breakfast today. We've often driven past but this is the first time we've popped in. From the start we loved the place! Friendly staff, lovely clean & cosy cafe, super comfy chairs & a great menu to chose from. We both had a vegan breakfast which was lush! Will definitely go again & will highly recommend to friends & family . Thank you ?

Upon arrival at the Servern Valley Guest House, I had to search for someone to check me in. I was made to feel as though I was putting the staff out as they were cleaning the kitchen. Not sure where the 'friendly staff were that everyone has mentioned in their review?

I was then reluctantly escorted to my room and the lock on the door for my room was hanging off, not a great first impression. Room was adequate but there were a few things which let it down for me, namely the cobwebs, unemptied peddle bin, the shower only managed to produce a trickle of cold water and there was no complimentary soap or shampoo to wash with.

Again at breakfast, I had to search for a member of staff to come and take my order, I was not presented with a menu so I just had to assume that "Full English" would be on there. Breakfast was alright but a fairly measly portion of food.

Overall, I would save the money and go somewhere else that will offer you better value for money.

Stopped off at lunch time after our walk from Stourport to Bewdley great cafe and friendly staff sandwiches were lovely on granary bread, we will be back again on one of our walks. I cant comment about rooms as we did not stay but place looks very clean.

Just booking my third visit here and we cannot wait. Perfect for the trains and generally a lovely place to be.

One of the nicest breakfast I've had. The guest house is beautiful, particularly the coffee shop / breakfast side. The room was cosy and comfortable, hot shower, quiet and with tea/ coffee facilities. The key box entry meant I could arrive any time too. Parking was street side about a 2 minute walk but that was fine.

The breakfast was incredible. For the price too... It was incredible. I'd stay again.

Considering the rating, I was expecting much better. On the plus side, the cafe is nice, as was the breakfast, and the staff are really helpful. However…|No parking, and the car park is not particularly close. Loud road noise, drafty windows, and very basic accommodation. We had to change rooms because there was a constant noise from the central heating. The building is quirky, but the stairs are narrow, steep, and windy, and the ceilings are low. The bed had a cheap or old mattress that was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was useless, which was lucky, because the drain was blocked so higher pressure would have flooded the bathroom. |Overall very disappointing and poor value. Fortunately only one night.

Lovely homely guest house, comfortable and well presented room with all the amenities you need during your stay.||The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty with locally sourced products. |Stacey & the staff were very attentive and helpful. ||Would highly recommend to those visiting Bewdley and surrounding areas and will be rebooking in the future.
