Some of the friendliest staff we've ever experienced at a hotel. Look forward to coming here every year. |Good food selection for breakfast and dinner. Just keeps getting better each year. |Location is perfect. Great spot between town and the beach! Lovely views of the sea!

In spite of travel delays with the IOW ferry, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating to make the gala weekend a success. |We had a lovely welcome on our arrival. |The waiters and waitresses for the meal services were so friendly and the food was delivered on hot plates ( always good!)|Our room looked to have been refurbished with a nice carpet and colour scheme and was very comfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy, well cared for and very small niggles (needed a little more lighting and plug sockets by the beds!). We paid for a sea view and it was a beautiful upgrade. Staff here really made this hotel. Consistently friendly and helpful across the board. Our waiter Claudiu was charming and attentive. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just had a lovely 5 day stay here, all the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, the waitress we had was called Anna and was very friendly and very polite, she is a credit to the Hotel, but all the other waiting staff were just as friendly too. The room was spacious and clean and had the best view of Shanklin and Sandown Bay, the food was great with a great selection every day, good selection of drinks at the bar and a pool table and dart board. Cannot wait to return and would recommend to everyone, thanks again for a great Holiday.

Brilliant stay. Only negative was that the shower didn't work properly but was OK enough to use. Staff were all so attentive and meals were spot on. The manager, Daniel, remembered us from last year and knew the exact room we were in. Lovely stay, as usual.

Daniel and all his staff work so hard to keep everyone happy, nothing is too much for any one of them. Always made to feel welcome. Rooms are warm and comfortable, views from the lounge area over looking the sea is beautiful. Great entertainment and atmosphere.

We have just had a lovely masonic ladies weekend at the hotel. The hotel is a bit tired but we cannot fault the staff and service we received. Work is being done on the hotel which is fantastic. Once again the staff were exceptional and we can only congratulate the hotel on making the weekend a special one. Well done and thank you.

So looked after by all the staff, rooms were warm and very clean.|Will definitelystay there again.food was brilliant, ans seeved hot , one of our friends is gluten intolerant, the hotel even had gluten free creals. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all friendly.Bedrooms were cleaned and beds made everyday.
