We didn't stay in the B&B but in the self catering apartment. Lovely welcome made even better by the home made bread rolls, cakes and jam in the welcome pack. Good location in a nice village , ideal for visiting the peak district.

Had a wonderful two-night stay at this B&B. The breakfast is potentially the best I've ever had - local ingredients, homemade granola and fruit compote, and eggs from their own chickens. Caroline and Mike are generous hosts, with a wealth of excellent recommendations for the local area and further afield across the Peaks and Derbyshire. Tea and homemade cake on arrival. Beautifully clean room with very comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. Great location. Will be returning!

Caroline and Mike were friendly hosts, the breakfast area and bedroom were clean and comfortable. |During the 4 night stay we had excellent breakfasts and the homemade compotes and jams were very tasty. |Set in a great village with a superb pub, this was an idea location to explore a wonderful part of the country.

Really lovely B&B. First off, a lovely welcome with tea and home-made cake. Our room was clean and well appointed and had everything you could want including lovely coffee, hot chocolate and real milk supplied in an insulated flask. Our stay was topped off with a first class breakfast. Caroline and Mike go the extra mile to make your stay special. We hope to visit them again.

fantastic B&B right in the heart of Monyash. great location for walking/cycling with a fab pub for food & beers within acouple of mins walk. lovely, friendly hosts. very comfortable and immaculately clean. special mention for the food - amazing! have been before and will go again. good mix of rooms so suitable for everyone from singles to family/friends group

The breakfast and evening meal were delicious. There were plenty of homemade delicacies and they served us tea and cake on arrival.
Caroline and Mike gave us lots of helpful advice as to places to eat and walks to go on. They lent us a map for the local area.
We had a very enjoyable stay!

I stopped overnight with my 10 year old son while walking the Limestone Way. The house is perfectly located in Monyash and a short walk from the excellent Bulls Head pub. ||The room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. We felt extremely welcome and Caroline and Mike were great hosts. ||Despite the lovely clean room and great welcome the star of the show was definitely the breakfast which was fantastic! All freshly made from local ingredients it was absolutely delicious. ||Thank you so much for looking after us so well. Five stars!

A beautiful find, one of the nicest b&bs you could come across. A warm welcome of drink & homemade cake, gorgeous room with high quality linen & soft pillows. Breakfast was local high quality or homemade produce…fabulous, we were perfectly rested and set for another days walking. |The Bulls Head in the village needs no introduction - it has long had a great reputation for food, drink & service.
