Product was fine. Reason for this score is that I bought this as a gift and showed it was in stock and would be delivered within a few days. However, it obviously wasn’t in stock but money was taken and there was a delay of 3 weeks!

Didn't have the item I ordered in stock but they emailed saying that the model above was available and smoothly facilitated the extra payment and then quick delivery. Only very irritating downside, and so star deducted, was re making the payments via their online system - trying to avoid all 'sneaky traps' set by alternative payment systems attempting to effectively trick me into signing up. Almost didn't go ahead.

I'm amazed by the baskets' performance.
Difference in quality of flavour is spectacular. I do not have much experience with high extraction basktes and Pesado is so good that I don't think of trying out different one. Remarkable flavour in shorter time with higher extraction percentage. It's a definite win!
