I cannot thank Sills & Betteridge Solicitors enough for everything they have done for me and my family over the last four years. From the very beginning, Ella and Eleanor have been absolutely incredible. They have always completed every task quickly, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism. Sills & Betteridge were recommended to us by family who had used them recently as we needed a solicitor for our help to buy redemption remortgage.

We outlined what work was needed from the start and they said they were able to take on the job.

Two months into the process, we were informed by this company that they could no longer carry out the work due to it being too much work for them.

We only had a month left of our help to buy redemption and have now had to find a new solicitor and pay extension fees for our help to buy valuation due to be essentially being ‘dumped’ by them with a month remaining, for which we have had to foot the bill for.

Would not recommend using these as they have cause nothing but stress.

Fabulous! Richard and Jenny have been a Godsend, they are patient, understanding and above all professional. I have dealt with them over the death of both of my parents and on dealing with the two estates they have been incredible as they explain everything I need to know before time and in a very easy to understand way.
