Simon catered for our wedding in September 2024 and we were absolutely blown away by the food. It was all absolutely perfect with several of our guests commenting on how amazing the wedding breakfast was.

Simon was friendly, approachable and from the start we knew the food was going to be amazing.

Simon Pollendine Private Chef is an exceptional outfit. We hired Simon for our daughter’s wedding recently and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided. Prior to the wedding Simon was very easy to work with, we discussed our requirements with him and he made us feel very relaxed during the booking process. The options were endless and Simon was very flexible to combine ideas and produce a unique offering to suit our needs. On the day, all tastes were provided for including vegetarian and vegan guests with minimal fuss. There were 64 guests for the wedding breakfast and Simon and his team served a selection of delicious canapés along with our own sourced prosecco which was not a problem. The main course was a choice of perfectly cooked hot roast meats and a selection of exotic mixed salads. Everyone commented on the exceptional quality and quantity of the food, no one was left disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble and Simon and his staff who were super friendly, efficient and professional. Simon went above and beyond what was expected and all guests commented on the amazing food and service. Simon and team arrived early morning and took over the kitchen. From then on we were in safe hands and didn’t need to think about anything else as all ran super smoothly and transparent. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon for any function, he and his team are a great outfit and certainly contributed to a very successful wedding day

We choose Simon to do our wedding catering not only for his food but for his enthusiasm and “can do” attitude (other caterers had given us a number of reasons why our theme wouldn’t work). He welcomed, embraced and worked with our unusual request and he also managed to create canapés that were in keeping with our theme. The food tasting was utterly exceptional and the food on the day was exactly as promised, our guests loved the food as much as we did
