Beautiful place and great customer service. Would benefit from more showers in changing rooms. Was rather full in pool at one point. Wish there was a table for drinks in area outside sauna and steam room.

Fantastic place to go. I went with my daughter and mother for a massage and facial treatment. Then we had use of the sauna, steam, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and carribean rain experience. Loved it. Thanks to Abi, Amelia, and Ava. Amazing job 🙂

Whilst at Finlake resort on holiday I decided to Indulge in a 2 hour spa session with a deep tissue massage to finish. The greeting was very warm and everything was explained upon arrival, including how the lockers work, where the changing rooms were and timings for the massage and where to wait etc. The facilities are clean, tidy and in excellent condition. The pool was heated nicely, the hot tub amazing, it had various steam rooms, saunas and showers, my favorite was the Herbal steam room and Lava sauna. Not too busy and had access to a lounger on which I fell asleep on for 20mins as I was so relaxed.
The young lady Abbie who gave me the deep tissue massage is now one of my favorite people on this planet. She greeted me with a very bubbly smile and made me feel completely relaxed from the beginning until the end, offering advice and conversation as required. She had amazing hands and arms, with the perfect amount of pressure, she worked magic on my back and shoulders of which I had been struggling with due to an injury several weeks before.
Would defo visit again, 5 stars.

Went for a spa experience on a Saturday as a group of 2 at 1pm, quite quiet with only around 8 other people. Staff were friendly and helpful upon entry and showed us around and gave us towels and robes.
The changing rooms were clean and lots of space, there was also a wide selection of tea, flavoured teas, coffee and waters avaliable.
Everthing was working. The saunas, rainfall showers and the herbal steam room were lovely but the thermal steam room had a really bad odour, it smelt like sweaty feet and urine so didn't use this room.
The jacuzzi and pool were nice and quiet and it was nice the pool being 1.2m in the deepest.
Was worth the money and will go again.

First time visit for me, therapist Abi. I went this morning for a hot stone back neck and shoulder massage, plus a facial and scalp massage and it was incredible! I've had my fair share of back massage over the years and this was the best by a country mile! Abi asked the questions, more importantly listened to my answers, and she then delivered with magic hands! Thank you ⭐🌟👐🏼👏🏼😊

What a lovely place to relax and unwind... Myself and the wife booked a two hour package for £30 which was just enough time to chill, use the pool the jacuzzi and the steam and sauna rooms... Was just what we needed ☺️☺️

Amazing place, little bit of luxury at a very reasonable price in the heart of Devon. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome.
