One of my clients uses this as a venue for the training that I deliver to their teams. Wendy, the conference organiser, is exceptionally helpful, nothing is too much trouble and everything is quietly and efficiently organised. All members of the team I encounter are friendly and helpful. The modern conference space works very well with lots of room and seating in the coffee area for delegates to use as break out areas. The food is plentiful and delicious with a great choice catering for all diets. Bedrooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. This is my preferred venue for training events for all the above reasons and because it is well placed geographically with easy access to the motorway network. Good parking and multiple electric charging points available.

We stayed in a junior suite, which was lovely and big, including a double shower. |Lovely and clean with plenty of refreshments. |The reception team was very welcoming and helpful.|The restaurant was very nice and clean with plenty of choices in the evenings and breakfast. |The two people who stood out for us were Phoenix and Millie. They were very friendly and helpful in serving us. Excellent customer service at every point. Thank you both for making our time special.

Me and my partner had the best 3 night stay here! Room was immaculate. Every meal was delicious and great portions. Staff were very lovely and polite. Spa facilities were great. Cannot fault our stay it was amazing and we will be back. Thank you so much!

My sister and I stayed here as a birthday treat and were so glad we did.. the food was magnificent - way above expectations - the spa staff and dining room staff were really amazing - they were so kind and helpful it completely restored our faith in humanity. They really went out of their way to help us and were incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed our one night stay and spa experience and will be back for sure. Highly recomended.

Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Hotel very nice and room had two double beds which were actually two sets of single beds pushed together. Wasn’t very comfortable as you could feel the middle and this wasn’t what it said on the tin. Room service was great and quality of food was excellent with them cooking sea bass for my partner which wasn’t on the room service option. Very impressed with the gent on the phone couldn’t do enough to help us. Young team by the looks of it and seems a friendly work culture.
Rooms had breakfast trays outside the rooms still at 2pm so this may need to be addressed with cleaners. It was very crowded in all facilities such as sauna, steamer and jacuzzi which we didn’t get to use before it closed at 7pm even though we go into spa area at 4pm.
Lots of excited ladies running up and down corridor finished off with somebody setting the fire alarm off at 4:30am. This was probably not the norm but I would suggest that people who aren’t in a wedding party are informed before booking that this may impact the experience of their stay due to overcrowded facilities and noisy wedding party.
I did explain all of this to the lady in the desk and reiterated how helpful they had been.
We will check for functions before considering again.

I booked a last minute over night stay for my husbands birthday and can honestly say we had the best night. I asked if they could make it a little more special as it was a special occasion.. it was beyond my expectations and we were completely blown away with how they decorated our room. Unfortunately we were above a party that was very loud but we were moved straight away to a upgraded room which was absolutely stunning. I couldn't recommend Connor at reception more. His kindness and professional manner made our stay perfect from start to finish.
The spa was lovely and we had the most relaxing time. Dinner & breakfast was also spot on.
We can't wait to return already. Thank you all at Sketchley Grange!

We use this hotel a lot for training sessions for our staff. Everyone on the conference and service teams are lovely. They are very helpful - especially Wendy. ||Food is great and the rooms are nice and big. Loads of car parking and EV chargers on site, which is helpful for our team who mostly drive EVs.

A lovely experience all round. Really cheerful and helpful staff in every department. Food excellent. Room nice. Bed very comfortable. Nice pillows. So many cosy places to sit and work, read or chat. The pool and spa are spotlessly clean and very relaxed atmosphere to chill and unwind. General cleanliness 10/10. Can’t wait to return. A must for a regular unwind and re energise.!!!?
