I booked in to have some milia removed including some round the eye area that I thought might be problematic. Jacqui was really friendly & professional & dealt with them all including the one that I thought might be problematic. She explained reasons why I might get them & possible solutions to avoid in future. The treatment was comfortable & very reasonably priced & I felt I was in very safe hands. I would warmly recommend Jacqui to anyone who needs her expertise.

Jacqui was very professional and kind. She explained everything in detail and made sure the treatment was not only correct but as safe as possible. She made me feel relaxed and welcome and gave some excellent aftercare advice. Highly recommended for any skin treatment.

I had my first skin review and Jet Plasma session with Jacqui yesterday. Having not experienced this type of treatment I was unsure what to expect but knew from research and reviews that it would be a positive and worthwhile experience. Jacqui took a significant amount of time to take a full medical history and further details about my concerns and then produced a personalised treatment programme that took account of this chronic medical condition. I felt I was in safe hands and was relaxed about my subsequent treatment which felt wonderful. After my treatment my face felt plumped up and had a definite glow to it. I appreciated the personalised, honest and clear advice about skin care and the products I need to use to ensure the best outcome for my aging skin. This morning my face feels and looks refreshed and I am absolutely delighted with the improvement. My early rosacea on both cheeks has significantly decreased.
