Been going to skyspa for years, but went for my first pregnancy massage yesterday and it was absolutely incredible. Just what I needed.
Hollie is kind and gentle and amazing at her job.
She makes you feel calm and peaceful.
Will be booking another in a couple of weeks.
Definitely recommend ❤️

Whenever I am in Wales, I always make a special visit to see Alex.
It always gets my trip off to the best start.
I can fully recommend the 90 minute Indian head massage and reflexology session. It’s a great way to start off any mini break. I can literally feel myself floating away! Alex has that rare quality of being super friendly, making you feel completely chilled and at ease whilst being completely professional. You are safe in her hands. I literally float out of the room. Thank you to Hollie for my lovely pregnancy massage. It was absolutely fab and I highly recommend it!! Felt totally relaxed and comfortable. Best massage I've had.

I booked the surrender massage with Michelle. Michelle was very welcoming, she explained what would happen during the massage, made me feel at ease. What I loved the most is at the end of it Michelle explained in detail what she focused on for my individual needs and was very informative. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend.

I love this yoga flow class. Hollie is a fantastic leader and has helped me have confidence in my body that I have never really had after some large operations. The class challenges me in a good way and my body flexibility for 55 is amazing. Highly recommended 🧘‍♀️

I have recently been feeling extremely depressed, sad, lost and just not myself.
I have an existing condition with my spine and have had 3 operations to date .lost dad 3 years ago, work full time, have a teenage son and it’s taken it toll on me both physically and mentally.
So recently I’ve felt the urge to fix myself back up by taking care of myself for a change and happened to find these angels, Holly and Michelle at Sky Spa. Had my first treatment with Michelle recently and wow what an amazing lady. Gentle, calming and so caring .
