Lucinda and Richard are the most welcoming hosts you can possibly imagine. The rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean. Lucinda can’t do enough for you. The views from the room are stunning. Excellent breakfast and kitchen facilities. We couldn’t fault a thing. We were made so welcome and will be retuning. We have recommended Slides Farm to our friends and family. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful 5* accommodation.

You can expect a very warm welcome from Richard and Lucinda. The accommodation is pure luxury spotlessly clean and a luxurious room with stunning views. It was the most comfortable bed we have slept in with Egyptian cotton sheets.||Use of our own breakfast room enables you to make a drink anytime.||We felt very welcome there and nothing was touch trouble. Highly recommended. We will.l definitely be returning.||Lots to do in the area.

A beautifully located B&B, surrounded by gorgeous views and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Lucinda and Richard were really lovely and delighted our children with a tour of the farm area and its fluffy/furry inhabitants - they particularly enjoyed helping with feeding time!||Very generous breakfast portions, plus a handy kitchen/dining area to stash some of our things in the fridge too. ||Very secure, with gated access etc. would definitely recommend and happily stay again. A really lovely place to stay.

We only had one night here but it was such a relaxing spot it felt longer. Our host Eileen could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable, spotless, with everything you need, and felt luxurious. It is a quiet, restful place with outstanding views of the country side. The breakfast was amazing - fresh, delicious and beautifully presented and I feel would cater to all tastes. We walked down to a local restaurant for dinner - also great. Highly recommend this place!!

What a beautiful countryside b&b.

We had a very comfortable stay with great mattress and pillows. Breakfast was fantastic with friendly hosts who went out of their way to help.

Stunning views as well and Bodiam Castle worth the visit.

We stayed at Slides Farm for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding nearby at Swallows Oast. As we travelled from Norfolk on the Friday evening we didn't arrive until around 10pm. However Eileen was there to greet us, show us our room and make us feel welcome. ||The selection available for breakfast was amazing and all local products and served with fresh bread both mornings. Eileen was flexible with what time we had breakfast and as our wedding was later in the day, we chose to eat at 11am which wasn't a problem. The food was delicious and the kitchen area was stocked with tea, coffee, water and snacks that we could help ourselves to at any time.||Our room was spotless, bed comfortable and we had amazing views over the Kent countryside. ||Eileen couldn't have been a better host, putting water by the bed for us for when we arrived back late on the Saturday evening, assuring us that we could come and go as we pleased and nothing was ever too much to ask.||We throughly enjoyed our stay at Slides Farm and just need to find another opportunity to come and visit.

We chose to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at Slides Farm, based purely on the excellent reviews here on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed. Eileen made us feel so welcome, and catered for a specific dietary requirement which was so thoughtful and the bottles of bubbly in our room made our celebration perfect in every way. The breakfasts are AMAZING, cooked to perfection. The views are stunning and there are lots of historical places to visit within a few miles radius. We absolutely recommend Slides Farm B&B without hesitation. We also recommend a visit to Bluebell tearoom in Battle for afternoon tea!

My daughter and I stayed one night at Slides Farm while visiting relatives in the south of England. Making the booking from Australia, where I now live, was easy and it was obvious from the start that we would receive a warm welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with the added benefit of the ability to make cups of tea etc. in our own adjoining kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the full English breakfast Eileen cooked, using eggs from the farm and other local products. Slides Farm is in a scenic country location, close to such places as Battle, Bodiam Castle and Bateman's and I wholeheartedly recommend it as a top B&B.
