I recently purchased my hot tub from Smalley Hot Tub Services in December (just before Christmas) after a visit to the showroom and from day 1 both Chris and Justine have been so helpful and responsive. They offer a brilliant service, both are extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Highly highly recommend I rang this morning as my hot tub isn't heating properly and I am in it daily.

They managed to get to me this afternoon and get it working on a temporary solution while they looking at getting the part and to do a full service after Christmas.

I know it isn't much to most but having a stressful and full on job I use the hot tub to wind down and take time out and if I'd have had to go weeks without I would have been gutted.

They've really made my day and also so cost effective I cannot recommend enough

I had an issue with a hot tub losing power. Got messed about by 3 local hot tub "specialists" but SHTS who is 90 miles away came fixed the tub and then gave it a service for a fixed price we both were happy with. Gave me advice on what to check and look at before I booked him in case it was a simple fix but it wasn't. Nice family team and willing to help. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Sent off my hot tub unit and they fixed it and serviced it, the whole.service was professional and efficient, but I also felt like I was dealing with real people.
I did have an issue a month later (turned out afterwards it was my fault) and they offered to sort it all out for me, free of charge. Really good, reliable and genuinely seem to want to make sure your happy as a customer.

I needed advice on fitting a new heating element for our spa so searched on Google. The first people I contacted could not help as I was 'outside their area'. I then contacted Chris Smalley, who was prepared to help there and then. Using WhatsApp, Chris gave me step by step instructions, making it straightforward and the hot tub was soon up and running again. He said he would have come out if necessary but that would have meant waiting two weeks. Brilliant service, most helpful.
