Very honest, helpful and reliable. We ordered some equipments from them and was delivered on time. They helped with installation and stayed there until we have learnt to use machines and made sure everything was ok before they left. Prices are very competitive. Definitely recommend it!

I would seriously avoid this guy JOE and his company.
Gave mincer for repair waited for over month and had call him numerous times he said waiting for parts from Spain 6 months passed parts were still in spain ( I could have walked it to Manchester )eventually gave up and got a new one..
As we are a store we had a back up mincer luckily.
He is a crook if he COULDN'T fix it should have just said..
AND 3 YRS LATER
HE STILL HAS MY MINCER PEOPLE

They not only have extremely horrible customer service but the owner (Joe Traynor) is a disgusting and vulgar person who is more akin to an earthworm than a man.

They are known to create fake accounts and inflate user reviews, seriously do not use this company THEY WILL SCAM YOU

I hate this company. Really really really really really really really really really really really really really disappointed ordered one table waited 3 weeks after 3 weeks they don't even know where order is .been ringing them ever day. They're a lier please be careful with this supplier .everyday new story. Dishonest people. Very very disappointed. I want my money back
