Lovely spot. The menu was a little limited but I assume that it was because it's not quite the peak season yet. Having said that, the food we had was perfect.

Loved this spot!! The staff were very friendly and the view was amazing!

There is limited free parking on site and a small car park across the road (unsure if it’s free or paid).

I had the red onion and goat cheese tart. It was delicious. My husband had a salmon, dill and cream cheese sandwich that was also delicious. Our coffees were nice as well and there’s a great selection of cold drinks!

Most of the seating is outdoors so make the most of it when the weather is good.

I wouldn’t say it’s very accessible. There are some tables on the ground that don’t require using the steps but the toilets are up some stairs and so is the counter where you order. However, the ladies bathroom has a nice fold out changing table for babies (not sure about the men’s)

We did the south west coastal walk from Looe to Polperra and enjoyed stopping off here to taste Cornish pasty and cream tea. I am told their house pale ale (Shipyard) is The Best!

You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from the lovely owners and their gorgeous dog. Food is delicious. Views are spectacular. Prices good. The gluten free carrot cake is divine, best I've ever tasted. (And i've eaten a lot!).

A real gem! Stumbled across it on our walk and we were very pleased we did. The sandwiches were so good we went back for another one! Good selection of drinks and very pleasant and attentive owners. Lovely place that deserves to do well.

Called in for a cuppa after seeing the sign on the main road. If you decide to visit you’ll just need to keep going down, right to the bay, it’s a good couple of miles or so.

The beach is rocky and a obey but there were still quite a few folk there.

The Smugglers Rest café has a large grass car park and the café itself is a wooden affair selling a good variety of snacks, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks. They were also advertising a BBQ after 6.30pm

Bit of a trek down the single width road but was worth it for such a lovely spot to spend some time.

Absolutely amazing cream tea(Americano to) after a beautiful dog walk from Looe harbour. Staff very friendly and all the covid measures put in place to keep us safe. Scones, jam and cream tasted great. Exactly what I needed for the return leg. Dog enjoyed a few treats to. Look forward to coming back soon.
