Checked in and within the hour checked out!!!! White bedding was grey and stained. Mattess flat as a pancake. Bathroom door off of its runner. Plus, a gurgling toilet!
Given a 7.9 review on Booking.com. Believe me, it isn't !!!!! Cheap and rough definitely is the way to describe this place

Beware!! Booked a double room for 2 people, when we arrived we were informed that only 1 person was booked to stay and the other person would have to pay an extra £5 on top of the original booking price. It also happened to another friend who was staying at the same time. No manager on site only available by phone. I've never stayed anywhere that charges per room and then extra fee for an extra person that was on the original booking. We didn't stay and found another room elsewhere.

The place is a bin. Door not attached to the bathroom. Window is broken. Shower fell apart in my hands. Mold all over the walls. Avoid at all costs.

Stayed here overnight. Decent, clean rooms but an awful nights sleep due to the reception night shift being incredibly loud, watching tv until 02:00am - earplugs recommended if you’re considering staying here!

We stayed for three nights probably the only positive was the cleanliness of the room. The rooms are very small, barely space to move when there is someone else in the room. The bed is soft, the walls are thin and there is the very clear sound of running water through pipes every time the shower or toilet is used in an adjoining room.

I rarely give negative reviews, but really had to for this place. Had to book a room urgently & this seemed OK. Normally I would NEVER choose a room with shared bathroom etc, but reasons dictated I had to this time. The room was only just adequate, basically beds & tea/coffee station. The shared bathrooms were at the other end of the hotel (going through reception) - difficult if mobility is an issue. There was confusion over if I had/hadn't paid for an included breakfast - messages suggested I had, but no breakfast was offered right up to the checkout time. Reception isn't manned as such, so quick questions can never be answered. I did get a partial refund via the booking agent I used, but would certainly NEVER use this venue again - they seem to care 0 about the guests.

The Snooze hotel in Brighton was everything I could have hoped for while getting away for the weekend! The room that I was in was exactly how it was advertised! The decor is wonderful! I was in a 70s feeling room (#5) and it was just perfect. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenity’s that were left were amazing and thoughtful. Tony the owner was available whenever we needed to communicate and he made sure to take care of my needs. I will 1000% be coming back!
