I had a fantastic time. I booked onto the Learn to ski in a day lesson, and it worked, perfectly.
Big thanks to the coaches Mike and Gareth. They were very patient as it was a big group and coached us through all the steps. It can't be easy coaching a big group of different capabilities, but I think they did really well.
I highly recommend this for someone who's going on a ski holiday and wants to learn before going.

A very magical experience for people of all ages.

With activities from Ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, wall climbing, sledging, winter wonderland to the pantomime and animals a really great day was had and so much fun.

There is a parking fee although not expensive.

The panto I'm guessing was seasonal however very funny and I loved the accents

Look forward to returning back

Really pleasant experience at the Winter Wonderland.

Being able to pull the children on the sledges was great and plenty to go around. The show and animals afterwards was a great addition. The only thing I would improve on, but not sure it’s possible… is to make the snow more fluffy for snowballs, it feels like freezer ice so doesn’t bind, not like the natural snow we get in the UK. But for the kids, it was a magical experience - thank you!

Went for a skiing lesson. Best to book online beforehand. Well organised and staff were very welcoming. Lots to do if you're waiting, nice restaurant and coffee shop. Other activities include swimming, sledging and ice staking. Also a short walk to Tamworth castle. Well worth a visit. Parking directly outside was approx £4 for the 4 hours we were there. There is a cheaper car park opposite which has a bridge link over the road.

We had a family post Christmas celebration at Winter Wonderland this morning. I wasn’t sure what to expect or whether it would be suitable for 3 young children but what a fabulous time we had. The children were delighted and we revelled in their wonderment! Great value, fantastic service and amazing memories made - thank you

I took three girls here this week and had the best time! The instructor William B was very patient, he inspired us with his stories, he believed in us and gave confidence. Wish we could come every week but it is ridiculously expensive but totally worth every penny!

My Daughter and I went to the snowdome for the festive 1 hour skate. It was on a Sunday around 4pm and it wasn't that busy, with plenty of families on the ice. It was quite difficult to skate as the ice wasn't smooth and had some deep skate marks. Also, the boots are so uncomfortable, I could only last for about 20 minutes on the ice. My daughter enjoyed herself though.

Attended here with family yesterday for the Santa's Winter Wonderland. It was a good experience, however, 30 minutes in the snow is not enough time to enjoy the snow slides, enjoy snowball throwing and walk around the rest of the experience before being called to go to see the show in the theatre which was disappointing as it felt like 10 - 15 minutes.

The theatre show however was very entertaining for our kids, it made my son's day to be high fived by the man himself, Santa Clause. After the show, you can see/pet some animals, take a look inside Santa's house, there is a carousel for the kids and you can grab a hot drink.

I like that we had a photo taken at the end of the experience with chocolate for the children as we were leaving ... I would say though that £12 for a photo is a little steep, especially after paying over £100 for the experience ... Maybe £6 would be a little easier to justify.

Overall, a few negatives aside, we had a great evening as a family and we would return for the experience another year.
