What can I say, A1 five star service, ordered off their website, received an email 2 weeks later for me to call and arrange a convenient delivery day, arranged for them to deliver on the Sunday (no extra cost for weekend delivery), all delivered to first floor flat (confirmed on telephone when arranging delivery), the delivery men where so polite and unwrapped everything and made sure everything was fine before they left, big shout out to Jack on the chat during the day when I was contacting them to make sure it was still going to be delivered as time was getting on, he was so patient with me and understanding, I'm just a panicker, but he assured me and informed me of the number the delivery men where doing in relation to the number I was (I was the last delivery) so don't be like me and panic, please be patient haha, I've now got myself a settee and 2 chairs that would have cost over £5000 for £1500 and no visible marks on them!!! Thankyou so much guys!!!

Excellent service. We travelled a long way to view a sofa that we'd seen online, but bought an even better one! Staff were helpful and not too pushy. They gave us time to discuss our ideas but were close by to help when we needed it. The delivery service was brilliant. We were sent a two hour time slot late the evening before and it arrived on time. Great service from this company.

I am so in love with my new Cricket 2/cnr/1 sofa, purchased at the Sofa Clearance Outlet in Warrington. The staff are fantastic, all so friendly and positive 😊. Having fallen in love with this sofa after seeing it online at Sofology, I was amazed that I found it here for a fraction of the cost and in a wonderful condition, only a small scuff to the back of the sofa (which you can't even see). All the images and descriptions online were 100% accurate and honest, as my new sofa was a cancelled order from a Sofology customer. But their loss is my gain. Thank you to Michelle, Khalid, Simon, and Phil for all your help. And a very special mention to the Sofa Delivery Company, Delivery team (sorry guys, I didn't catch your names). These guys were lovely, very friendly, and delivered and assembled my sofa with so much care and ease. 5 stars all round. Would highly recommend to anyone 🤩
