Really disappointed with the service today. Customer after me served first, then had to wait a further 15 minutes for my children's drinks to be ready. My order was then wrong and when I mentioned this I was met with an eye roll. When my correct order finally came, my children had finished their drinks and my drink had been sprinkled with cheese instead of coconut. The tables were filthy and the chairs were stained and ripped.

The cafe doesn't take cash, has a dim atmosphere, and only two employees are on duty. The chairs are old and worn, the tables are dirty, and the overall environment is quite messy.

We are here every week for classes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and a lovely atmosphere with a variety of reasonably priced food and drinks to choose from - highly recommended.

Came in today 11:30 place was busy . By 12pm customers left then one poor young lady was left on her own to do the clean up that looks impossible as she was serving most of the time .seems to have gone down hill since the manager has gone

Coffee lukewarm even after requesting that it be extra hot, and more froth than necessary paying for a mug and only getting a quarter of a mug of actual coffee, then having to wait for 2 breakfast rolls for 20 minutes

Ice machine has been broke for 4 months, every time we go to use the swimming pool for lessons once a week we go for a cold drink to cool down as viewing pool is so hot!
Cold drinks are tepid due to no ice. It’s now summer time and still not working

The staff appeared fed up and were complaining of their job whilst serving customers. Tables were left untidy whilst they were stood around chatting. There are many other much more welcoming and friendly cafes nearby, shame.
