absolutely amazing
We had a bit of a rubbish 20week scan with a member of staff from the NHS, so being able to have this scan a few weeks following to look forward to was really important. It was worth every bit of what we paid. The staff made the experience so lovely for us and I cannot thank them enough. Me and my husband were overjoyed with it. Thank you

I have visited Somerset Early Scans a few times. On my first visit I was dealt with sensitively, with the utmost sympathy, care and professionalism. Debbie even helped me in the following days to help book appointments at Musgrove and rang me personally to check how I was doing. On my second visit I had the same clinician, and it was amazing to be reassured from the scan and see a bouncing lively baby on the screen and Debbie was genuinely so happy for me. Staff are all so happy, caring and thrilled for you. Was such a pleasant experience both times and would 100% recommend to anyone

I have been several times now to Somerset Early Scans and each time has been a wonderful experience! Both Debbie and Angela are amazing and so lovely, explaining everything in details and giving you loads of time for each scan. Debbie also captured a little video for us which was so special! Also the assistant was lovely and made our experience truly one to remember. Thank you again!

We attended a scan appointment at 10 weeks at the Bridgwater clinic for a reassurance scan due to previous losses. Then, following NHS blood test results, at 13 weeks, we chose a Harmony test and scan at the Bath clinic (they had an appointment available the next morning, which was a Saturday). I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had on both occasions. From the point of booking, and throughout both appointments and in terms of aftercare, staff were all polite, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend Somerset Early Scans to anyone. Absolutely worth the money and a wonderful experience. The results of the Harmony test were available promptly and were explained to us very well. Thank you.

Went for the Harmony test, we had Debbie she was fantastic, warm & welcoming.
Me and my partner went for the Harmony Blood Test with a Scan, Debbie dealt with it very professionally and showed empathy.
There was a delay in our results however Debbie kept us informed, we only had to wait three days later than expected, and our results came back ‘low possibility’, we are very grateful with the lovely experience we had.
The only thing that could be changed would to have someone welcome you straight away, our appointment was at 4:00 and didn’t get seen till about 4:15 and I was worried that we weren’t in the right place (there were a lot of staff about but no one acknowledged me and my partner - I later found out that the staff weren’t part of Somerset Early Scan), when Debbie did come and get us she did apologise for the wait and explained why (the reasons was acceptable) after this I felt more relaxed knowing we were in the right place.
We also had a few pictures of the baby scans printed out for us which was a lovely surprise.
Would highly recommend this place.

We went to the early Somerset scans with no luck regarding baby hiding her face but they asked us to come back a week later free of charge and we received some gorgeous photos!

We have been three times to this clinic at different pregnancy stages and I cannot recommend them highly enough. For peace of mind, expert advice and some wonderful images to keep forever. The staff are fantastic, and extremely reassuring. We have seen Angela and Debbie throuought our fertility journey and they are just absolutely lovely. Thank you!!
