There was a slight mix up with our order and the owner went insanely above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience, on top of that the food is absolutely amazing! Me and my girlfriend wouldn't have even minded about the mix up but because of the experience we've had they now have customers for life! Could not recommend enough, some of the best food and best customer service I've ever experienced

Ordered a mixed special box online at 17.45 pm and put 7pm as requested delivery time, my mobile rang at 6pm to say order would be with us in 5 minutes. I explained I’d put order time as 7pm not 6pm and girl on the phone said ok, Delivery still arrived 20 minutes early, accepted it somewhat reluctantly. I don’t expect it to be to the minute but not great. Meat was reasonably tasty but not best quality and lukewarm, chips almost cold, given mistake they made I think it had sat on a hot plate in the shop for 40 minutes, it cost £21, don’t think we will bother again, disappointing.

First time I’ve ordered since the new management took over. Very nice food - especially the home made sauces and tzatziki. Dimitrios is friendly and welcoming, and the price was very reasonable. He deserves to do well. The food was freshly cooked, which meant a short wait, but that is better than pre-cooked food which has been kept warm. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been a regular here for time, since dimitri took over the food is simply delicious , always fresh and always meticulously prepared, dimitri is good crack and always welcoming - the menu always has new stuff on trial - the. Best genuine Greek place in the north east ! Try it , you won’t regret it

I paid £23 for box.meat clearly grilled and put in bain marie.came with a rasher of bacon?bifteki was just a burger.done better eating the box..inch of feta,and olives may have been dug.i know what I'm talking about.never seen more disreprentation.some people know..disgrace

Been waiting for a greek takeaway near to me and I was not disappointed, the portion size is spot on, the quality is great, what you get for the price is perfect and the customer service is on point too. I will definitely be returning here in the near future. Only two comments ditch the radio and get the greek music on and stock some Mythos and that would have been the icing on the cake. But still even without that it was still fantastic.
