I would advise that you make sure you know what you’re paying for I asked for a basic white tip acrylic infill and my daughter had a full set of basic acrylic white tip. By there bored should have been £45 the lady at the desk took the money fine the gent came shouting after us down the street saying it was an extra £20 for acrylic power and white tip “design” I have never been charged for “design” on a white tip let alone extra for acrylic powder ?! Surely that’s the infill ? (I have had my nails done for 15 years) Also took them nearly 2 hours to do my nails because they kept swapping and going to do other things mid service, the nails are nice but overall bizarre experience.

I'm not usually one to write a review but I'm pretty disgusted by my recent experience! I was told I couldn't have an infill, was told I had to have a fresh set despite my nails being done only 2 weeks prior at Sophies and myself still not understanding the rationale why I couldn't have a simple infill which I get many times...

I accepted this, despite just wanting a quick infill. I was told I didn't get my nails done there, despite knowing the exact number of gel colour that was used and showing my bank transaction... I was tutted at when asked if I can have my nails a touch shorter in response to a question about the length of my nails. If I'm now getting a fresh set, am I not allowed to have them filed slightly?

I was also barked at being told "'careful careful" when placing my hand under the lamp... This was very loud and in front of many other customers, incredibly humiliating and disrespectful. The particular male colleague who did my nails threw each hand back at me after he had completed the nails... I'm honestly pretty shocked and speechless at the level of unprofessionalism and the attitude!

I'd definitely recommend choosing another local salon!!

Ist visit today. Very happy with my nails shape, colour etc. Nice people and the salon was very clean. I am new to the area and this will be my new go to nailbar.

Been getting my nails done here for a little while now & they've been great every time. Take my daughter too & they are very patient while she chooses many colours!
