I purchased a freezer from Gary and it had broken down within one week. That was then replaced with yet another freezer that also broke down a few weeks later. An engineer made 4 visits to repair the freezer and was unsuccessful doing so. I have now been told I’m out of warranty.

This has cost my business money and is simply unacceptable. Slopey shouldered customer service by the owner himself.
