Originally wrote a glowing review: sadly been forced to change that. Had a mani and pedi with gel nails done which cost me my £50 birthday gift voucher present. At first I was happy. Unfortunately after just one night the nails started coming away from the nail bed. The manager luckily agreed to go and open on a bank holiday Monday to correct my nails. I thought great problem solved! But sadly not. My nails started peeling the first full day on holiday so I had to remove the rest as they looked stupid and were catching in my hair and on clothes etc and they all came off in one piece which to me means the nail bed wasn’t prepared correctly enough for the gel to stick. I have never had a problem like this before I have been abroad plenty times with gel nails and they usually last 3/4 weeks. No one else I know has experienced this either. I explained via fbk messenger what had happened and asked if I could get my nails redone and send spa butterfly the bill. After asking that I was then ignored and have not had a reply since. I now have messy nails for my family holiday. Thanks spa butterfly! What a disaster this has been. Could have all been avoided if I wasn’t ignored. I booked a gel pedicure with Teegan, and highly recommend this place to everyone. I can be socially anxious as I'm autistic but staff and environment made me feel very relaxed and calm. The location has easy parking and a serene waiting room. Teegan is very gentle, attentive and personable. My pedicure still looks immaculate after several weeks.

Had a lovely treatment today, gel French manicure and gel toes by Beth. I knew the spa had great reviews but the service was even better than expectations. Such lovely girls and a really nice welcoming atmosphere. Beth was so friendly and really cared about listening. My nails are perfect and honestly one of the best gel nails I’ve ever had thank you and have a lovely Christmas. Danielle Xx

Highly recommend the salon and could personally recommend so many of the treatments.

My nails have gone from short and splitting to long, with the careful nurturing the salon have provided using builder gel.

Today I had the stress relief facial which was 90 minutes long and so relaxing. My skin feels amazing after it.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Emma and the girls are all lovely and welcoming and genuinely want the best for their clients.

First time trying out Spa Butterfly today and it was a lovely experience.
Upon arrival I was greeted and shown to a relaxation room whilst I was waiting with comfy chairs, colouring books and refreshments, it was a really calming atmosphere. I was then taken to my spray tan where I was talked through everything step by step and also handed aftercare instructions to make sure I got the most out of my tan which I really appreciated.
I was then taken to have my toes painted. I enjoyed a lovely back massage at the same time on the massage chair which was heaven ☺️. All in all I would definitely recommend this salon. I used the app Treatwell to book my treatments which was really easy and convenient. This salon is open on Mondays too which is great for people who don't have standard Monday to Friday jobs.

Prices have gone up from just a couple of months ago and increasing all the time . Treatments that are meant to last an hour such as a facial are 45 mins and when you’re paying £60 for an hour you expect it to be an hour

Spent 4 hours at Spa Butterfly today with Emma and Katie. What an amazing time I had. Had 4 lovely treatments, including a pedicure, a facial, a back massage and reflexology!
The pedicure was fantastic, the chair in which you sit is brilliant as it gives you a massage at the same time - win/win!
The facial was just heaven, beautiful smells and masks were used and Emma was brilliant at explaining everything to me.
The massage table was the best I've ever been on, it moved in various places so raised my knees and raised my back slightly and had arms rests! So comfortable 😊
Reflexology was with Katie and afterwards I felt like I'd had a full body massage.
A great day, thank you ladies. I will definitely be returning, if only they did 6 stars!!

Excellent pedicure with Emma. Just love the treatment I get here. Also had my first ever derma planing facial! Wow feel like a new woman! Would definitely recommend Spa Butterfly. Beautiful relaxed surroundings and super friendly staff.
