The facilities are quite good, and the prices are reasonable! Just a heads-up, though—if you’re planning to go on a Sunday, it might be best to skip the afternoon since it can get crowded. I also felt a bit awkward with mixed-gender settings, so I think I’ll opt for a female-only time on my next visit
(sharing the jacuzzi with strange guys is not really my thing). Overall, the SPA is nice! Just try to go when it’s less busy for a more relaxing experience.

No staff around at spa reception to help us, got 2 smelly towels with makeup marks on them. Changing rooms are a joke, all mixed men and women. There was flies inside the actual showers and a funny smell. The jacuzzi needed more cleaning. Overall I would not recommend this spa.

I am shocked this spa has 3.9 stars. I love Better's Iron Monger Row and Bethnal Green spa. This shouldn't be called a spa. It is a very basic/ no frills sauna and steam room which shares facilities (toilets and lockers with the gym at the leisure centre). Not an ounce of luxury. The treatment - massage - while quite good the room it took place in looked like a brothel with a pink light. The steam room has individual seats like a 1970s space ship. You physically can't lie down and the seats are like urinals. The crushed ice fountain spat out a dribble of ice every minute. It is the only spa to not provide slippers. The staff were all also very rude.

Outstanding Service and Experience at Kensington Spa

I had a fantastic experience at Kensington Spa, and I’d love to give a special mention to Gloria. Not only did she greet me with warmth and professionalism at reception, but she was also the one who carried out my waxing treatment. Even though she was handling everything on her own, her kindness and professionalism never wavered. She remained attentive, welcoming, and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout.

The waxing itself was done to an exceptionally high standard—Gloria was meticulous, gentle, and highly skilled, making what could have been an uncomfortable process feel effortless. Her friendly and reassuring manner truly made all the difference.

The spa itself is spotless, well-organised, and has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, which only added to the overall experience.

I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Kensington Spa, especially thanks to Gloria’s outstanding service. A truly five-star experience!

Has to be one of my top experiences!
It was so good, I was left speechless by the end of it.

Came in on a Saturday morning and booked in a spa experience, the place was quiet, that it felt like I had the place all to myself, so peaceful.
It was clean, steam room was my favourite, had a cold mist shower, red light sauna, jacuzzi..
Me and my friend spontaneously booked in a massage and I added a facial on top.

I had a wonderful massage from Alfonso. It was the right pressure, he used different techniques on different areas. It felt very tailored and personal.

I had such a relaxing hydraglow facial from Leigh, that I fell in and out of a deep sleep, my skin looked and felt so healthy afterwards.

They both have a great aura about them! Highly recommend.

Terrible experience !
Two of my friends and I decided to go there to enjoy a day off !
What a terrible idea !
The spa itself is quite small.
The locker room looks like a local changing room in a swimming pool… not even an effort to create a nice experience from the beginning !
But the terrible part… my friend booked a facial and the steaming machine exploded and hot water spilled on her face, giving her a second degree burnt on her nose !
The team was nice and helpful but the manager took 5 working days to contact us, and after 8 working days we still haven’t received any refund and compensation…

A really good full-body massage. Ana was professional with a really calming energy. Amazing technique with the hot stones and I really liked the oils she chose. Overall, just a really good experience. Definitely recommend

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. When we arrived there were no staff about to help us figure out where and how we entered the spa. When we found a lady (who was absolutely lovely), she failed to mention a number of issues with the spa itself. Namely, one of the saunas was closed, another one had a broken light and the infrared sauna hadn’t even been turned on. We are still, to this day, one whole month later battling with the company and leisure centre to get a refund.
