My partner and I both had a fantastic and much-needed massage here. After a warm welcome we were led to the quiet and cozy treatment room situated downstairs in one of the vaults. My husband and I both had the Jade hot stone massage with Zelaine and it was devine. So relaxing and therapeutic. We both have/had injuries and she was able to work with these and give us good advice going forward. What a lovely way to unwind.

A lovely location in the depths of Le Barbier salon. The room is nicely decorated and felt clean and welcoming. In terms of value for money, the pricing is very fair, especially by Bath standards!

My 90m sports massage with Bethan was good, especially the stretches that she demonstrated I could do as after care, although at times I didn’t feel like I was in the most experienced hands. (That said, I regularly have sports and other types of massage, so I am in a privileged position of having a lot of comparisons to make to other sports massages/therapists I’ve had!).

I would return, as Bethan and the Spa Room are great, but probably for a different type of massage.

Second time visiting. Had an express facial and both times have been amazing. Jess is so wonderful and kind. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back ! Beautiful Spa room and excellent treatments, great value too.
