I recently booked a spa day at Pennyhill Park through a recommendation from spabreaks.com, and it was everything I hoped for and more! The experience was amazing from start to finish. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the warm welcome I received at the spa reception set the time for a relaxing day. The facilities were pristine and luxurious and my treatment was beyond words! I highly recommend the hot stones massage- it was incredible clamping and relaxing, the perfect choice to unwind. Lunch was delicious, adding to an all round memorable experience. I highly recommend Pennyhill Park for anyone looking to treat themselves to an exceptional spa day! Thank you Spabreaks for this great recommendation!

Less than average experience with this website. It doesn't have really obvious filters such as choose spas that are nearest to you and I found the whole process of choosing where to go tiresome.
I sincerely hope I'm never given a spa breaks voucher again as the choice is too limited compared to what is offered with booking direct with the venue and the costs are the same so there's very little benefit to buying a voucher in my opinion as it doesn't save money and seriously limits choice!

Tanya was extremely helpful in booking my spa break over the 'chat' function as the website wouldn't let me input 2 x vouchers for payment. She understood my issue immediately and ensured my booking was completed correctly. Thank you

This was a gift given to me for my 50th birthday in 2023. Unfortunately, it took me nearly 12 months to use it. What the gift voucher included was an Afternoon Tea at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa which was very nice consisting of afternoon tea sized sandwiches, mini cakes and a plain and fruit scone with jam and clotted cream. The staff were amazing and ensured I had a relaxing day. My one gripe would be that they did say they would take me to the spa after the afternoon tea around 2:30 but I made my own way. This was very relaxing and timely that at the point I needed to prepare for my treatments a couple of children arrived in the pool area and the jumping into the water stopped being as relaxing as it was. The treatments, a back massage, soon put me back into relaxation mode.

£25 allowance per person for restaurant dinner was a main part of our package (birthday present gift) but this was a scam. Although, we were advised to book on a Sunday, the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays. We were told that we could use the food allowance for bar food by a manager and then we were rejected by another member of staff when asked. We spent an extra £60 on bar food that should’ve been £10 and it was very poor quality. I ordered a ‘superfood salad’ which was thrown together with no thought or care and the steak I paid extra for was half a fillet and all cold. The staff seemed new and some of yeh day staff and spa staff were super friendly but the evening bar staff were unhelpful and lacked customer service.

Price shown at booking was incorrect. hotel rejected booking and I was asked to pay extra (single occupancy) even though the price quoted in the site was clearly per person!

Apparently Terms and Conditions allow for this change. So watch out if you plan a trip as a single, you will be stung even if the price is per person.

Customer services polite and efficient, just hope they are as efficient at returning money as they are to take it?

Would like to see better provision for single travellers at off peak, surely having one person in a room is better than no-one in a room ?
