Appalled by the service here. Was served by such a rude lady who had the worst attitude and actually ruined my day!

The lady with blonde hair and tattoos up her arms either needs a new job or training in customer service. There’s no reason to be that awfully rude to someone. Crack a smile!

Came in at 2pm to post 3 parcels, once i got served the young girl said we are not taking anymore parcels. I asked why she said just look at all the parcels. I found her very rude and had an attitude. Had to drive to strood post office and they were really helpful.

This shop is a joke . People working there are unbelievable rude and disrespectful.
Subway inside the shop is never open . In general this place has to be shut immediately.

Some of the staff here have terrible attitudes towards their customers,lacking in basic manners/courtesy "please" "thank you" etc. Chatting to colleagues over their headsets while serving customers shows no respect at all to people trying to pay for stuff. Not a good experience.

Probably one of the nicest Spars around. Post office hours are quite long, even on Sundays and that’s really convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a lot easier to get help from them that it is at the local Co-op.

I had the unfortunate task of visiting the store 21st to use the post office. I was returning a package, upon placing the package on the side the postwoman barked, without pleasantries 'cant scan that, its not clear' stood back and gazed at me - not advising the customer what to do. I barked back - as pleasantries weren't happening - 'scan it, show me' to much huff and puff she did, and left the package on the side as it didn't scan- to which I believe that was my invite to leave - how rude can you be? I then went to Strood Post office, who were pleasant, put the numbers in manually and my package is on its way! Please ensure all staff know what customer services is, I surely wont be returning!

I nipped into Spar just for a meal deal on my lunch break and was served by a lovely young man called Taylor. The door was broken and he held it open for me and was very courteous. I look forward returning and receiving this kind of service again. 🙂
