The staff here are so lovely, I was in a bit of a fluster and one staff member (male) held the door open when I arrived, then asked if I needed help (which I did)... told me the calpol and throat sweets (which i needed) were behind the till and then the lady who served me was so lovely and talkative and helped me feel less stressed about having a poorly child at home. It was so nice and the atmosphere in the store felt so calm. Thanks for all your help.

Great little find for us staying in Goathland as it meant we didn't have to go all the way to Whitby to get some groceries. Wide selection on offer as well as fresh fruit and vege which we were after as we couldn't buy any in Goathland. Prices decent and staff friednly. Also having a shop in such a quiet area that is open so late is really useful! Hard to park outside the shop but there is a car park on the opposite side of the road less than 30 seconds walk away 👍

Whilst on holiday in Grosmont this shop was very useful for us, regularly saving a longer trip into Whitby.
Parking is available in a car park just 100 yds down the road and on the opposite side to this Spar.
