I booked an overnight stay at Sally Hall Hotel for the 16th of February, including a dinner allowance and a 50-minute spa treatment . From the start, I was unhappy with the spa arrangement as the treatment were split into 2 x 25minutes treatment one at 3:30pm and one at 5:30pm and wanted to negotiate a change so I could have a more relaxing experience. I raised my concerns for days and felt ignored, but when I contacted the hotel a week in advance, they refused to help, simply telling me not to have the treatments if I didn’t want them.

I asked to reschedule, but they denied my request, citing their cancellation policy, even though I reached out a week before. I then contacted Spa Seekers to discuss alternatives, but my questions were repeatedly ignored. When I finally got through, I was told someone would look into it, but they never called back.

When I followed up again, I was rushed off the phone and made to feel like an inconvenience. At that point, I had just found out my sister was pregnant, which made the situation even more stressful. Instead of working with me to adjust the package, they suddenly cancelled it without my consent, leaving me with only two choices: cancel or accept a voucher. Feeling pressured, I cancelled—only to be charged £25.

It has now been couple days, and I still haven’t received a refund or even an email confirming it. I had hoped for a relaxing getaway, but instead, I was met with poor communication, unhelpful staff, and an overall stressful experience. I would not recommend booking with them.

This is the second time I've booked with Spaseekers in 2 weeks, and this site will always be my go to site when looking for a spa break. The site is easy to use and book. Deals are very competitive when compared to other sites and provide you with different options to meet your budgets. I want to say a big thank you to Alice, who responded quickly to my email and helped me 'build a deal' over a weekend to suit my travel plans and personal needs. Great service thank you again Alice. Looking forward to my Spa breaks this week!

I cannot fault the service from Spa seekers. The original booking done online was very easy and the confirmation email was immediate and contained all the information I needed. Unfortunately we needed to reschedule our spa stay on the actual day it was supposed to happen. I have to say the the support, guidance and active help we received from 'Alice' and 'Remi' who helped us communicate with the hotel, reorganise the booking, speak to managers, and secure a new date was second to none. All of this took place over a weekend too when many companies don't even man the phones! They even gave us discount on the new slightly more expensive hotel dates. I would definitely use spa seekers again. They made a difficult situation very manageable and they did it all in a very friendly and most importantly honest way. Thank you Alice, thank you Remi you were amazing and are both excellent representatives of the company.

Ring the customer helpline number, the staff are friendly, patient and extremely helpful in guiding you through making the booking. This is our 3rd time using spaseekers and today Ashley was super supportive of finding a reasonably priced booking as we are having to be mindful of budget. Delighted to have a spa hotel stay for a gift for my Mum for her Christmas present. She will be over the moon!

I wanted to make an amend for a voucher and add some extras and I had the help of the wonderful Alice L who guided me with ease through my options and helped with all the million questions I had. Thank you Alice for making something so complex seem so easy. Can't wait for my mum and aunties to enjoy the spa break!

Agree with other posts that the customer service is appalling. Just booked a stay at the Ana Spa in Winchester. Hotel was great but spa was terrible. We had an issue with our treatments, fair enough things happen, but the way the issue was dealt with was dreadful. Very bad management of the spa, especially the spa manager Chelsea. No customer service skills. Followed up by complaining to spa seekers who were equally ineffective. Low quality spas on offer. We worked out it was cheaper to book the hotel and book the treatments ourselves although we would never return to the Ana spa. Very small, dirty, scruffy and terrible reception and management. If there was the option for a zero rating for spa seekers I would use that. Be very wary!

We booked a Somerset escape at Holbrook Manor Hotel and Spa, Wincanton. The pictures on SpaSeekers website do not reflect reality. The spa was very tired and poor quality. The package was supposed to include towels, slippers and 5-hour access to a pool, saunas and jacuzzi. During our visit there was an hour long aqua aerobic for elderly women with loud disco music. There was no access to the pool and no chance to relax.

Have just booked a spa day via Emily and she was great. Phone call answered immediately, helpful information given and extra discount applied. Received a confirmation email within minutes of booking, including the Spa gift voucher, which had been personalised for us. Could not have been better!
