We had our wedding catered on the 21st September 2024, and it was the best food we have ever eaten! Ben was fantastic from first contact, until we said goodbye to him after the event. We had the Southern Slow Roast Menu, and could genuinely not have been any happier! The food was absolutely incredible! We chose the pulled pork butt, brisket and cajun whole roasted chickens. These were so juicy and had so much flavour! We love a BBQ and this was the best we have ever tasted! All of the sides were fantastic, and all of our guests went round for second helpings! All of our guests said this was the best wedding catering they had ever had! We would highly recommend The Spitting Pig Co for all events, they were truly amazing!

I cannot recommend Spitting Pig enough!!! They arrived early, set up with ease and was absolutely on the money! The food was delicious and there was a choice for everyone's preferences and needs. The feedback from everyone was that it was thoroughly enjoyable and (pardon the pun) stuffed!!! Thank you so much from all at WD40.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and was originally looking for a hog roast - but as soon as we saw the Spitting Pig Southern Slow Roast menu we knew that was the one to go for. And it did not disappoint. From the initial contact to delivery the whole team were polite, courteous and helpful. We catered for 40 but there was plenty of left-overs. Ben, our catering manager, said they always make sure there is enough for seconds and more - and there was! And is was all delicious - the main meats (we chose BBQ pork, Texas beef and Cajun whole chicken), the sides (roast new potatoes, buttered corn, gourmet coleslaw), a great selection of different breads and hot/mopping sauces to die for. Yum!
Fabulous.
All our guests were impressed by the quality of the food and its presentation. We highly recommend Spitting Pig for your catering needs.

This was money well spent. Spitting pig brought the best hog roast I`ve ever tasted . They also bring lovely salads, fries, apple sauce and stuffing and provide plates, cutlery and serviettes, so you don`t need to do anything.
The boys arrived before our guests and were courteous and friendly. They brought their own gazebo and only needed a power supply for the fries.
Everyone loved the food and many went back for seconds. The pork was sublime , with plenty of crackling , and we had 3 days worth of leftovers.
Spitting pig have been easy to deal with and respond promptly to any queries. I highly recommend them.

We had a roast for my wedding reception and it was the best choice I have ever made. The people at the company have helped and advised from the start, and then just before the event contacted me to make sure every eventuality was covered. On the day the staff set up, finished off, served over 80 people efficiently and there was plenty to go around. Great side choices of salad, fries, etc made sure that everyone was happy. It took a lot of pressure off us because we did not have to do anything. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Spitting Pig to anyone. You cant go wrong. Thank you so much. Neil & Michelle.

What a wonderful culinary experience all round! From the original contact and booking, to the attentive communication throughout, and finally ending on an extremely high note thanks to the absolutely delicious food served up on the day by Ben and team. Despite the horrible weather, our guests (big and little!) were beyond impressed and want us to have another party soon for more of the same!
