This is a review for some time ago, back in January (apologies, Ramona)!

Ramona was a great experience for a sports massage. I didn't have any serious knots or issues apart from one in my right shoulder blade and she was able to alleviate a lot of the tension and discomfort there within the session.

She was kind, thorough, informative and supportive. She allowed me to try a little acupuncture for the first time (which was actually a little relaxing for me) and any options moving forward. Great experience, thank you again!

Just had a lovely sports massage from Ramona. The space is clean and easy to find with great free parking. The massage provided was to a high standard and Ramona seemed very informed with massage science and also very intuitive with her therapy. Will visit again with Ultrasound therapy as an option for the next session.

Ramona is a top class therapist. She is very knowledgable for what she does. Yesterday, I had acupuncture done for my previous injured arm and for my digestive issue, and ultrasound therapy for the arm. On top of this, she did a relaxing massage to my back. I always feel so relax during the session and feels better afterwards. Considering how much she does for me, her charge is very reasonable. Look forward to the next session!!
