We stayed for just one night in October. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to reinforce the opinions of others who have reviewed this bed and breakfast. ||Lovely place, scrupulously clean and great hospitality from James and Hansel. Easy to get to the NEC and only a short walk for dinner at the Rajpani which was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

Very lucky find on Google. Flew from Birmingham early and due to lots of night closures on motorways decided to go down the day before. Great find. Excellent hosts, very clean rooms and quiet. The parking and shuttle service to airport was also excellent. Can’t find any faults to mention. Will definitely use this place again if we fly from Brum. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

We had a great over night stay at this super bed and breakfast. The room was lovely & the beds were really comfy so we had a goods nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return again thanks.

Stayed here while going to a wedding at a local venue||Room was really nice and comfortable. Had an good shower with excellent pressure.||Hosts were lovely and accommodating. I had to leave early in the morning and would miss breakfast so they made me a bacon sarnie to go with a couple of pieces of fruit||Highly recommend

My Wife and I had a one-night stay at Springfield House while attending the Gardeners World show at the NEC (3 miles down the road) we were delighted with our short stay; our room and bathroom were nipping clean and beautifully presented with nice furnishings setting a realy cosy and comfortable atmosphear. our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the whole property was beautifully presented both inside and out. our breakfast was all freshly cooked nice ang hot and very tasty. if we are very back in the area, we would look no further than Springfield House for our accommodation. excellent in every way.

My sister and I stayed here whilst attending a concert at the NEC. Absolute gem of a place. Lovely period house, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is ordered by filling in a sheet, the evening before and offers plenty of choice. We had a cooked breakfast which delicious. The food was quality produce , hot, well cooked and served a few moments after we arrived in the breakfast room at our chosen time. The host James and Hansel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Springfield House as a place to stay if you’re in the area.

Very convenient location close to the NEC. James was very welcoming and the room was very comfortable.

There were lots of options for breakfast and I’d recommend the English breakfast which was cooked just right and not at all great like many I’ve had.

Highly recommended.

The room was charming! ||Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. Great location, with lots of places to eat nearby and close to public transport. And to top it off, James and Hansel really know how to look after their guests. ||I recommend Springfield House to anyone needing to stay anywhere in or around Coleshill, UK.
