This cake was not only looked amazing, the taste was delicious. The image of the cut cake proves how the layers were intact after it was cut. It's always nice to have an Asian takeaway, but it's usually never the same as eating in a good Asian restaurant. At Sri Lankan Kitchen you get great home cooking from a top-class chef who grinds her own spices, makes her own sauces, and takes pride in only using the freshest ingredients. You also get the opportunity to try Sri Lankan street food - something you don't generally get in a restaurant.

Delicious food! We have had many take aways now from Bershani at the Sri Lankan Spice Kitchen. The food is always very good quality and very tasty, and in good size portions. It is authentic Sri Lankan food (said by a non-Sri Lankan! but from my travels to Sri Lanka it seems as authentic as you can get) and is great to have something that tastes different from the normal take aways that are available. I particularly like the devilled dishes and all of the sambals. I highly recommend!
