Wouldn’t expect the place will give us out a great stay. Book for an overnight stay. Best of travels always include breakfast and they do offer that with the booking at no additional cost, offering continental/english breakfast with hot/cold drinks. The check-in was very quick and they does express checkout whereas leaving the door tap card into a box before you exit without further ado. The lighting at night really makes the hotel from outside look very attractive something having to say about the inside.

Only note from the room we had, we experienced hearing few times a loud door stopper sound from upstairs. It sounds uncomfortable yet it didn’t really ruin the relaxing stay we had. Service was superb!

A fine establishment with the cleanest rooms and complimentary continental and British breakfast. The food is cooked with high standards and the Rooms feel luxurious. Although, the exterior of the hotel is good, it doesn't do justice to the rooms and the comfort provided. The staff is warm and welcoming and one of the very few places, which offers free parking on site. A complete value for money and a must stay, if you are visiting Exeter.

Room was great value for money. I turned up 1 hour before check in and asked if I could early check in. They had no problem with it and even upgraded my room as the one I had booked wasn’t ready yet. Service and staff were incredibly nice!

Bed was really comfy and slept really well. The only reasons it’s not a 5 star are:

- Walls are thin and you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
- my shower head was broken and had to hold it. Not a big deal but consequently got water everywhere in the bathroom and on clothes.

All in all for value for money it’s incredibly good and I would 100% stay there again!

Just back from a two night stay. We had two rooms and both were absolutely spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Very comfortable beds.Lovely breakfast and fantastic staff.
Ten minute walk to the town.
Would definitely stay again.

1 night stay and hotel is clean and decorated nicely. Car park at rear and 15 min walk to the town. Staff were friendly. Room was tidy and clean bed sheets and towels. Complimentary tea and coffee. Only downside was the TV was tiny for size of room. Can't remember the last time I slept in a double bed and remember why I have a king size! Walls were far too thin between us and next door and I did not sleep all night as I could hear both snoring so loudly I thought they were in the room with us. Breakfast was good and poached eggs were perfect. As another said, defo not heinze. All in all great location , shame I came away shattered.

Review of St Andrews Hotel, Exeter

I recently had a pleasant stay at St Andrews Hotel in Exeter. The hotel impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness throughout; every area, from the lobby to the room, was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful addition of a fan in the room, which was a great touch for keeping cool during warmer nights.

There was a nice cooked breakfast or continental options to start the day. The quality of the food was good, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in offering a good breakfast experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Overall, St Andrews Hotel offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Exeter.

Good value B&B hotel with parking and breakfast. The room was simple but warm once the radiator was turned up and the WiFi mostly fine. There was enough parking at the back and a member of staff came out in the pouring rain to direct us to a better spot after we arrived back from a tasty meal at the Mill on the Exe. Breakfast was cooked to order with gluten free and vegan options, nothing fancy but quite reasonable and friendly, efficient staff. About 20 minutes walk along a busy road into Exeter though we drove as the weather was foul. Overall a good value option with parking for a night or two in Exeter.

Great affordable place to stay in exeter with parking. The breakfast was very tasty and there was kind attentive staff.

Less stars because I slept terribly because of the room. Room 10 sits right by the stairs, and the walls are quite thin so you hear everyone going up and down them, and it feels like that noise is in your room. I think they should consider putting the bed on the other side of the room, not on that wall!
