St Annes Beach Huts - Lytham Saint Annes

Another great Christmas day spent in one of these lovely beach huts. We had both doors open until about 2pm waving and chatting to the people walking past. Our dogs loved having the beach at their paws, christmas dinner in the microwave. A lot of people enquired about the price and said they may book for next christmas. We decorated the hut with lights and bunting. Great day in a great place.

I booked 2 beach huts for a family birthday. We had a fantastic time weather was great so we got to play lots of games on the beach. Plenty of room for chairs outside the huts. The facilities are brilliant, fridge, microwave, water. All cups, plates, glasses and cutlery provided for 6 persons. Easy access to toilets - which where very clean. We will be booking again definitely next year

Great spot, we always book it for my Mums Birthday in July. Perfectly kitted out little hut perfect spot for views and people watching. Very relaxing.
The only thing (first experience) not normally that busy was I really struggled to find a parking spot. I had to drop my 82yr old Mum off and park a mile down the road because the car parks in the vicinity were all full.
Can we not get priority on the car park, a pass or sticker for beach huts?
Next year will be our fifth year coming.

This is the 3rd time we have visited the Beach Huts and have enjoyed each visit. We love the location, the views across the estuary are lovely and the sunset spectacular as well as lovely walks along the beach.
The huts are small but perfectly formed and immaculately clean, as were the toilet facilities. Only one tiny irksome thing was, no plug in the sink, I know you wash everything after people leave, but when you are there for the day you want to reuse plates and cups.
Really liked the trolley carts for carrying bags etc made life a lot easier.
I highly recommend St Annes beach huts and am sure we will be back.

Wonderful day at the beach huts. Lovely, clean, cute hut with absolutely everything you need for a perfect day with family. Easy access to private toilet facilities. Ample parking. Pull along trucks to transport your belongings. It was an absolutely fantastic day and weather was fabulous too! Arrived for 10am left at 9.00pm. Fun filled day!

Absolutely perfect! We’ve hired these beach huts a few times over the years and we’ve always had a great time!

You can use the huts from 10am until midnight, so if you get a good weather day it’s fun to play on the beach, have a relax by the hut with a cuppa or a Prosecco while watching the world go by. Have some lunch, more fun in the sun, and end the day watching the sunset 🤩

The huts have a kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, plastic wine “glasses” washing up liquid, dishcloth. I would suggest bringing an extra tea towel, washing up sponge, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, food, and drinks, and your own deck chairs/reclining chairs. There’s only cold water in the hut and you only get 20 litres so bring your own drinking water, and I just used some water out of the kettle to wash up with.

There are toilets that are for the beach huts only and these are situated near the Lifeboat station. So a bit of a walk if your beach hut is at the other end, but it’s good to walk 😃

Amazing day! First time booking the beach huts and more than we expected, made birthday celebrations extra special. Huts are so clean, everything you need is there and location is perfect! Toilet facilities are spotless and have air con. Do not hesitate to book.

Had a fantastic time from beginning to end yesterday. Even before we set off the guest book we received with all relevant information, it was a great help. We arrived to find trolleys next to the toilet block to help us ferry all our food, drinks, games, etc. down the hut itself. The hut itself had been throughly cleaning and had plenty of everything that you may need cutlery, glasses and plates, etc. As was the toilet block with numerous toilets that you needed key access to in order to prevent general access from the public. There was also a separate seating area and washer and dishwasher.

The access to the hut itself was up two steps and for me became more of a struggle as the day went on because I became more tired and cold. Could it be possible to have a hut with ramp access? Also, maybe consider wifi as more and more board games are now using apps on phones, and my data kept dropping.

I would like to thank the staff who were friendly and helpful and on hand should you need throughout your stay.

The huts also contained a dab radio, which was a great accompaniment to the laughter.

Would I use the beach hut again - yes, without a shadow of doubt!
