Lovely B&B right in the centre of Painswick and only a few yards away from the Cotswolds Way which we were walking.

A former wool merchants house, with plenty of character.

Greg was the perfect host, welcoming us with a nice cup of tea. He was friendly and gave good advice about dining options in Painswick.

Definitely recommended.

Descending into the chocolate box village of Painswick after a long day climbing up hills along the Cotswold Way is a beautifully memorable experience and St Anne's is the perfect place to stay.

Our group was warmly welcomed, informed and fed so generously we didn't want to leave. I couldn't imagine it any better.

Greg was an excellent host - full of good information, very accommodating and cooks a wonderful breakfast! House is in a perfect location, with the church and it’s amazing topiary garden right around the corner, as well as an excellent restaurant close by.

Painswick is a picture postcard perfect Cotswold town and St Anne's B&B provides the ideal venue from which to experience it. It is in a charming and characterful old property which has been decorated and furnished with great taste. The host is very genial and helpful, and the breakfast is superb.

We loved St Anne's and Greg's wonderful hospitality. This was a stop along our Cotswold's Way hike. The heritage stone house is a delight in itself, a few minutes' walk from the centre of delightful Painswick. The room we had, though small, was very well appointed, comfortable and super clean. Great breakfasts at the large table. And lots of sound advice and informative suggestions from Greg - including best places to eat in town. We'd love to live closer so we could come back often!

We had a great stay at St Anne's. Our room was cosy and the twin beds were very comfortable, our breakfast delicious. Good tip for dinner and advice on what to see locally. We would definitely recommend this spot to stay in such a beautiful town.|

Lovely, cozy bed and breakfast in a beautiful house. We were accommodated at late notice, hosts so friendly, perfect balance of privacy and host availability. Rooms feel totally self contained. Room was so comfortable, best tea/coffee etc. we've had in a hotel or B&B. Warm room, wonderful linens, fantastic breakfast. Would recommend and return without question!
