This was my first time here, had high expectations as the sister practice is good.
Firstly when booking on Fresha whilst it shows discounted prices, when paying for this it is actually the full price?
This has to be paid in full when booked which is absolutely fine, but I arrived to be told whilst face down ready for a body scrub and heated wrap, that the wrap was not available? Firstly I’d have rather we discussed this when I’m not lying flat on my front lol half naked, but also this was very disappointing as I had specifically booked for this and read so many good things about it! Had I been called prior to my appointment and informed of this I could have decided if I could rearrange to an another day when this was available.
The therapist was lovely cannot fault her she tried to accommodate and offer me alternative treatment options.
The massage I had was decent, but the hot stones fell a few times on the floor. My massage was interrupted midway with another staff entering the room; the room was too bright and would benefit from dimmed lighting, didn’t feel relaxed completely due to these issues.
Lastly parking is a nightmare! I called beforehand to ask where I could park, checked those roads and found no parking either! It would be really useful if there were more reserved spots for clients. This again made me late for my treatment time despite coming early , again my therapist was lovely and did as much as she could. So I give 3 stars for her help in everything.
Overall not bad, but was not the relaxing experience I expected sadly. Will stick to harborne spa instead.

I visited recently for the afternoon tea package, where i had got a massage and a facial! The massage was extremely relaxing and the facial was great; i woke up really glowy and refreshed the next day. The afternoon tea included unlimited hot drinks but i personally didn’t really like the food so i think there’s room for improvement there! However the massage and facial I enjoyed.

I have been to St George’s Spa twice and both times it has been an amazing experience, the first time I had the paraffin pedicure with Lydia who was absolutely delightful and did an amazing job with the treatment and pedicure. More recently I went for another pedicure treatment this time with Kadesha and she was amazing, she took pride in her work and my feet and toes looked wonderful! Thank you girls I have found my new go to place! ?

I came here with my mom for her birthday treat and was greeted and had my treatments by Kadesha. Kadesha is a lovely and friendly technician who is so skilled and patient with her techniques. Myself and my mom had a fantastic time as well as a fantastic experience and we shall be returning again soon.

Uncontactable. Would leave zero stars if it was an option.
Purchased a voucher from Groupon for this spa. Have tried to call the spa for many, many weeks. Never an answer and I'm calling during opening hours. No facility to leave a message as states mailbox full. Tried to email, tried to message on social media. No responses to these. Raised this issue via Groupon who said the Spa have said to call a different number. Rang this, and the number was for Harborne Spa and Clinic who said we couldn't book for this Spa with them.
Zero service offered for a voucher that has been fully paid for, so zero star review is deserved.

Lovely experience. Pool and sauna area are small. Good selection of food and drinks. Thank you Kadesha for our lovely massages and facial. Staff are lovely and attentive. I would definitely book again.
